Very good on popcorn, but good for macaroni too
This stuff tastes really good on popcorn! You can add as much as you want as well really quickly which I really like, compared to the smaller packages at the store. There's also a lot less ingredients in this powder than the others you buy at the grocery store as well :) The one we got also doesn't expire for another 2 years. It tastes fine on mac and cheese as well, in my opinion definitely comparable to the box mac but slightly better, I like that it comes with instructions on the packaging as well! Overall very good, perfect if you want to make cheesy popcorn at home!

Great alternative to the Hoosier's equally delicious yellow cheddar
My family was already a big fan of the yellow cheddar cheese by Hoosier Hill Farm (our kids woun't eat pasta without it!), this white cheddar is a nice compliment to the yellow cheddar since it's a softer & more subtle taste, a nice change and option to have when seasoning popcorn, salads, pasta ... Looooove it!

Perfect to make white cheddar popcorn
I bought this hoping I could use it to make white cheddar popcorn and it was the exact flavor. I popped the corn, poured melted butter on it, shook the container, and then added the cheddar, shaking the container again. Perfection!

Hoosier Hill Farm's White Cheddar Powder is a worthwhile product ๐
Very good quality cheddar cheese powder. ๐ I used it to make 11 liters of Broccoli Cheese soup, my favourite. I did find it pricey, but I needed it, and I still have enough for probably another 2 to 3 batches.
