The quality of these berries is too good and very good for health. Can be used in powder form too after grinding. It is absolutely at a good price and easily affordable.

What's inside!?
This product is not what is shown over here. Here it is mentioned that it is seeds "natural seeds" but its not like that. These are capsules of sea buckthorn. If you are seeking of seeds I would not suggest this for you. Disappointed customer.
