How do you know when it is fully charged? Does the Red light change colors, blink anything? Thanks

Yes, when It's fully charged, the light turns to green

You know, a 100 lumens is not so bright now days, but this amazingly bright for its size and weight. It does not add much weight to the brim of your hat. There are still a lot of small 100 lumen flashlights sold.

Will this turn on it when I move my head and turn off when inactive for a while?

It will not. But you can turn it on or off by waving hands in front of it when the cap light in sensor mode.

When I plug the light in to charge it, the charge indicator light blinks red slowly. What does that mean?

It means it’s charging. When it’s done charging it turns green
