very good camera system for the money. The user interface is user friendly, and easy to navigate through the options.. Each camera has a built in microphone that can be disabled in the settings file.

had another security system and work for 3 years fairly good but then just quit working. checked out Hiseeu with 8 cameras glad I did I have main system in house by a window and hooked into my internet signal sofar has reached to 3 out buildings and has good signal easy to operate and bigger picture window and clear image even at night so far everything is great glad I pick this one has app to download to phone

Due to leaving positive reviews on previous units it's directed me back to that review. This review is now on the 4K wireless pro 8 camera unit wifi unit with 3TB HDD dvr. I have had these systems (older units now) for quite a few years now. Had mostly 5 star reviews for them to date. Every problem I have had has been taken care of my customer care. Less than a week of use with this new unit and the dvr is down. It states it's online via the app but customer service says it's the dvr. Can't reboot it on the app. They can't reboot it. Have to reboot in person. Not possible at the moment. By the time we make it back to where the unit is it won't be returnable via amazon. Hisseeu customer support seemed to not care if it was returned or not. Very different experience from past contacts. Hundreds of dollars down the drain for an unreliable system. Wish I had a good review to write but I no longer recommend them as reliable. Also the new Pro system isn't so pro. It catches bugs and cobwebs and sends "human" alerts but doesn't catch large vehicles coming and going on multiple cameras. Way worse than old systems. Newest app update is very glitchy too. I always hesitate to update due to it always seeming to make something not work well on the app. Disappointing in this system. Will change my review if I can get back to the unit and don't have any more issues but I suspect I will.

I purchased the 8-camera system, and I am overall happy with the system. I had previously purchased a 4-camera system for another residence about four years ago that is still functioning properly, but it was not exactly the most user friendly with the setup. This system is much more comprehendible for someone who is not computer savvy. Everything works well out of the box. There was one issue though, one of the camera kits that includes the camera, antenna, mounting screws and an Allen wrench was missing the antenna, I contacted the listed email contact in the instruction manual about this, I was informed within a day that all they needed was the Amazon order number and my address to send a replacement which I provided shortly thereafter. The replacement did take a little over a week to arrive but came with two antennas, so I now have an extra.

The cameras are great, but the app is what ruins it. The esee app runs very slow if at all. "Johnny" is the only customer service. He answers quickly in the website, but is somewhat confusing. Update: The app has been running MUCH better.
