The setup process is very straightforward, and the touchscreen makes it simple to navigate without any learning curve. The display is clear and bright, and photos look crisp without needing any adjustments. It’s especially meaningful for gifting as you can preload it with photos, which makes it feel personal right out of the box. One of the best features is the ability to send photos directly from your phone to the frame, which makes it easy to keep it updated without needing to be physically present. It makes it so easy to stay connected with family. From a design standpoint, it’s clean and minimal, so it blends well into most spaces without looking overly tech-heavy. The only thing to note is that it does require WiFi for full functionality, so it’s best suited for someone who has a stable connection. Overall, a beautifully simple, well-designed gift that makes sharing everyday moments and staying connected easy.

This was so easy to set up. It’s also very easy to send photos to, and for family to send photos to. We got one as a gift and are buying them for gifts for our family as well.

Easy to set up. Can load pictures easily. Holds tons of pictures. Clear view. Touch screen makes it easy to set a schedule or rotate a picture. You can see the whole gallery also. Great to share pictures with family across distances.

The green frame was a perfect fit for the space. It is so exciting to be able to share a link and allow family members and friends to add to the frame. This was a gift and the recipient loved it! The frame allows you to set a time for when it showcases photos so that it does not run through the night if the light is too much. It was easy to set up as a gift and then send the controls to the recipient when gift is given. Considering buying one for myself at this point.

This is the best gift I have given myself in several years!! It’s it our kitchen and my grandkids LOVE scrolling through their pictures. As soon as I get a “keeper” picture it’s added!! It’s easy to use, the pictures are great quality and I can’t think of a better gift for YOURSELF or anybody else. We have given several recently.

I purchased two of these Skylight Frames as gifts for my parents and my in-laws, specifically so they could have a steady stream of pictures of our daughter as she grows up. As far as the hardware and the overall concept go, it has been a massive hit with both sides of the family. What I love: Grandparent-friendly: The touchscreen interface is incredibly simple, making it completely frustration-free for relatives who aren't super tech-savvy. Effortless sharing: We upload new memories for them weekly, and they absolutely love waking up to notifications that new pictures have arrived. Photo & Video support: The fact that it can display both photos and video clips is fantastic. Seeing those little milestones in motion with sound brings the frame to life in a way static pictures just can't match. What I didn't like: The "Skylight Plus" Paywall: What really frustrated me was discovering the hidden costs after purchasing two premium frames. Out of the box, the frame is essentially just an email-powered photo viewer. If you actually want to upload those videos, use the convenient mobile app for your weekly uploads, or add text captions, you are forced to pay an additional $39 per year for a subscription. The Verdict: It is a wonderful device that does exactly what we needed it to do—keep our family connected across distances. However, given the upfront price of the hardware, basic features like video playback and mobile app access should be included natively rather than locked behind an annual fee. Buy it for the ease of use, but factor the ongoing cost into your budget if you want to share videos!

Love this frame! It arrived fast. Packaging was solid. Nothing broken. Styrofoam corners protected it well. Setup was easy. App connected quickly. I Loaded photos from my phone in minutes. Picture quality is great. Colors look real. Not washed out at all. Screen has a nice matte finish. No annoying glare. Frame itself feels sturdy. Not cheap plastic. Stand is adjustable. Works vertical or horizontal. Photos can be resized easily. The only issue is sometimes they revert back to original after several weeks and I have resize again. My family loves it. We all add photos remotely. Grandkids’ pictures show up instantly. Makes everyone smile. 3 of the 4 families in our family have a frame and the the 4th is getting one so we can all share photos easily. Great gift idea. Five stars, easy. I like it more than I expected to!

Adore this product! Purchased for mother in law, mum, grandma who’s in a nursing home and one for ourselves. Everyone loves them and gets mesmerised watching the photos. The whole family contributes and sends selected photos to each others frames as we don’t all live close by. The kids especially love looking at the photos and we’ve found it a beautiful way to swap out some screen time, remember treasured memories and special family members no longer with us. This has been a great option for my grandma who’s in a an aged care facility and the minimal visitors and space. She loves that she can see the family growing even when we can’t always make the time to visit her she knows we’re thinking about her when we update her frame with a new round of pics. So special. 10/10 recommend! The subscription option to include videos is also fun. Since the latest update the app is super easy to use and upload bulk photos at one time.

Received a Skylight Frame as a present last year. Thought it might be another tech-gimic. However, it's proven a brilliant way to keep my favourite pictures live and not just buried in the thousand of photos shots on my phone. The device itself is easy to use with very simple functions and operating instructions. The photos are reproduced very well by the frames software. It's one of the best and most intuitive devices I have. I'm delighted with it and I have just bought two to give as presents this Christmas. Still working perfectly. So much joy. Highly recommend.

Se lo regalamos de Navidad a mi papá y nos encantó porque es muy fácil que todos le mandemos fotos. El app te recuerda cada cierto tiempo y te avisa cuando otros mandan fotos. Entonces le están llegando constantemente fotos de sus hijos y sus nietos. Mi mamá ya quiere el suyo!
