Another Winner from Roborock
I've been amazed by the Roborock F25 ACE. It's made cleaning my floors much easier by handling both wet and dry messes in one go. The suction power is noticeably strong and picks up more dirt than I expected, especially things like long hair since we have 3 females in the house. So far it has been excellent. It looks great with a nice build quality. While I've only had it for a short while and can't speak to longevity yet, I do have a Roborock robot vacuum that's still working perfectly after 2 years, so I expect nothing less from the F25 Ace. I bought the F25 ACE to complement my robot vacuum because even though it vacuums and mops, it only does a decent job of mopping. The F25 ACE on the other hand does an excellent job at mopping leaving my floors nice and clean! This is because not only does it have a dirty water reservoir but it also cleans the roller as it spins with the JawScraper functionality. I appreciate how well it cleans near the edges of walls and how close it can get to the baseboards, which saves me from having to go back and clean later. The low-profile design is practical for reaching under most of my furniture without having to move things around. The motorized wheels do make it easy to maneuver and makes the F25 feel lighter than it is. The noise level is also acceptable. In fact, it's quieter than I was expecting. One feature I really appreciate is the self-cleaning function. The F25 washes its own roller by heating the water and dries it afterward, which keeps it from developing that musty smell my old mop had. Being able to adjust cleaning solution strength through the app is a nice touch too. The battery has been holding up well so far - I can clean my whole place on one charge. The automatic detergent dispenser is also convenient since I don't need to mix solution each time. Overall, it's a worthwhile purchase for me and I highly recommend it. I was considering other brands/models from the Bissell Crosswave to the Tineco S5. I'm glad I made the right choice.

The perfect floor cleaner
I have been waiting forever for this to come along. I have tile throughout the house and was tired of pushing wet dirt around. This does a fabulous job of picking up dirt, liquids, kitty hair and years of dirt buildup. Self cleaning, assisted driving, easy turning and much quieter than my vacuum. Connects to WiFi, but not needed. The handle folds to the ground for cleaning under the bed or other furniture hands free, using the app. Easy to maintain. Small footprint for storage. Highly recommend!

It worked great, up until it died 42 days later.
I really wanted to love this vacuum, and honestly, I did, until it unexpectedly stopped working just 42 days after I started using it (only about 10–12 uses in). Today, when I powered it on, it began making a loud noise, and then the motor (presumably for suction) gave out completely. Now, only the roller and self-propulsion still work. It won’t even connect to WiFi anymore, so something internally definitely gave out (video attached). Had it lasted at least two years, I would’ve gladly given it five stars. What I liked about it when it worked: • Cleaning effectiveness: Overall, I was very satisfied with how this vacuum cleaned. I’ve used 2-3 different Bissell brand wet vacuums in the past and this was by far my favorite. I didn’t have a serious problem with streaks as some of the other reviewers have mentioned. It may be because I typically vacuum before I mop. I use a Dyson to vacuum my floors and then the F25 Ace to mop/vacuum. I also liked how efficient the machine was with its use of the detergent. I also appreciated how little detergent it used while still cleaning effectively. I was initially concerned about the cost of branded detergent, but it turned out to be very economical. • Maneuverability: I loved the maneuverability of the vacuum and the self-propulsion. This was my first self-propelled vacuum and it’s a game changer. The sleek design made it easy to get under tight spaces. • Self-Cleaning Features: This was also my first self-cleaning wet vac, and it worked beautifully. The roller was cleaned and dried effectively, and the zero-tangle feature actually worked. I never had any issues with hair or debris buildup. What I didn’t like: • Battery life: I have a 1,700 sq ft home, and the battery couldn’t clean the entire house in one go. Thankfully, my wife and I split chores, so we used this alongside our existing Bissell. • Warranty and reliability: The one-year warranty feels inadequate given that mine died just over a month in. This is unacceptable for a product at this price point. I get that it’s a newer model, but Roborock isn’t a new company. I ended up returning it for a refund. I am grateful for Amazon for working with me even though I was a few days outside the return window. My search for a reliable and effective wet vacuum continues. Maybe I’ll try another brand or wait for Dyson to step up their game.

A powerful cleaner that makes hard floors easy to manage
I picked this up as a gift for my in-laws, and they’ve been loving it — after trying it out myself, I can see why. Compared to similar wet-dry vacs I’ve used at home, this one stands out right away for being lighter and easier to maneuver. It’s noticeably more balanced when handling, which makes a big difference if you're using it frequently or across a larger area. Battery performance is strong. It easily handles cleaning a 1,500 sq ft home on a single charge, which makes it ideal for whole-house cleaning without having to stop and recharge. The suction power is equally impressive — it picks up messes quickly and scrubs away dirt effectively in just one pass. That scrubbing action makes a noticeable difference, especially on sticky or dried-on messes. Both the clean and dirty water tanks are larger than on other units I’ve tried, so there’s less need for constant refilling or emptying. It also has a designated compartment for Roborock’s cleaning solution, which keeps everything running smoothly. I’d strongly recommend using the brand's own detergent — I’ve seen issues with clogging on other models when off-brand solutions were used. Edge cleaning works better than expected, even with just one brush. It doesn’t have the triple-brush layout from some older Roborock models, but it still reaches into tight spots and cleans along baseboards well. It can also lie flat to clean under furniture like beds and sofas, which is something I really appreciate. And it stands up on its own, which is a surprisingly helpful touch when you need to pause during cleaning. It does include WiFi connectivity, but it only supports 2.4 GHz networks. I didn’t find the app particularly useful for this model — more helpful for robotic vacuums than for a handheld cleaner like this. Still, setup is simple if you want to try it out. After each cleaning session, it runs an internal self-cleaning cycle which is a nice hands-free perk. Just be sure to empty and rinse the dirty water tank the same day. If you leave it sitting, it will develop a really unpleasant odor. This step only takes a minute and makes a big difference in keeping the machine fresh and ready to go. The design is sleek and modern, and it looks good even when left out on the charger base. For what it offers, it’s a great value — especially if you have hard flooring throughout your home or pets and kids that bring in daily messes.

Great for Pet accidents or spot , room, or house cleaning.
I have had roborok auto vac / mop units for the past several years. These are exceptional and still use it to this day. I recently got 2 puppies, which are 3 months today. Potty training with a small yard is not easy. as a result there are a lot of pee accidents daily. I have been using a mop, which works, that requires a lot of effort cleaning every time using the bucket which is not exactly sanitary for daily use in addition to leaving a kennel like odor. A few days ago I ordered the F25 Ace shop vac, as a compliment to my self cleaning Qrevo Master Robot vac / mop. The intent is a supplement for dog messes. Set up was simple and, after connecting the wifi, a firmware update was done right away. The app allows a few additional features as well. Filling water and detergent was simple as well. I did have a little hang up figuring out how to empty the dirty water but a brief check on youtube was easy as well. The performance of this shop vac was amazing! the puddles were sucked up with the vac part and followed with a roller cleaning in the same path, cleaning in seconds each time. So much better than using the mop every time, especially with 2 dogs. The kennel odor is no more. Emptying the canister was a gross but pleasant sight to see. Though, pouring into the toilet was nasty, it was great to know how well it did clean!!! the unit uses a concentrated detergent that is contained separately and automatically adds the detergent, making it much easier to use. The unit also is self cleaning, taking a few minutes from removing hair, string, dirt, etc and fully cleans it and follows with dry (2 options; fast or quiet dry). It isn't that noisy, similar to a typical vac but pups don't like the sound (they will adapt). I have no regrets other than not thinking about this sooner. I also highly recommend this (pets or not) for cleaning all or spot cleaning.

best cleaner
The Roborock F25 Ace has been a great addition to my home. It’s easy to use, cleans really well, and saves me a lot of time. It handles both hard floors and carpets with no problem, picking up dust, pet hair, and all the usual mess without missing a beat. What I like most is how smart and efficient it is. It figures out where the dirt is and adjusts the cleaning power automatically, which is really convenient. The mop function is a nice touch too—it leaves the floors looking fresh without much effort on my part. Battery life is solid, and it covers a good amount of space before needing to recharge. The app is simple and makes everything even easier. You can schedule cleanings, set specific areas to clean, or block off spots you don’t want it to go. It’s nice to just tap a button and know the cleaning is handled. Overall, the F25 Ace has made keeping my place clean way less of a chore. It’s reliable, easy to control, and does a great job. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a good robot vacuum.

Not Up To Par
We received the unit yesterday and have attempted to clean the tile floors in our new house, about 2100 sq ft of tile. Here is our experience. The unit has been fully charged twice, is set to the default Auto settings, and we maybe have been able to clean 400 sq ft of tile in total. Battery life is very poor. We were expecting 40-45 minutes of use per charge, we maybe got 15 to 20. Charging time is lengthy, no fast charge here. The areas we have gone over are now mostly clean, but that was after having to make multiple passes to get there. The dirt sensor is a gimmick, doesn't work as advertised...go over a section where you can visibly see there is dirt and it's blue saying the floor is clean, go over the area a couple of time until it looks visibly clean and the sensor is turning red to indicate the area is dirty, go over it several more times and it never goes blue to indicate a clean floor. In areas where there was very light cleaning needed, it seems to have done an okay job but in areas that had heavier cleaning requirements, the unit got the floors 85-90% clean and, after you let it dry a bit, you can see the areas that it missed and need to be done again. It does pick up dog hair, but you end up with a big ball of it in the dirty water reservoir, so you want to catch it when emptying the reservoir out so the hair doesn't go down and clog up your drain. Not to be all negative, the unit does vacuum and wet mop at the same time and if all you have is light cleaning I think you would be okay with this unit. It would probably do better on a laminate flooring rather than the wood look tile we have. The unit came incredibly well boxed and is well built. If you get one damaged, it wasn't from the manufacture lacking in these areas, it was from a gorilla delivery guy along the way. The self-propelled feature works very well and the software/wifi worked as advertised, synced up on the first try to my Android phone. We are returning the unit as it doesn't meet our needs. This unit is pricey and after watching a couple of review videos, we had high hopes for it. Unfortunately, it does not deliver when put to use in a real house, with tile floors, and average cleaning needs.

Some good changes and some bad changes from the Flexi series
I'm a huge fan of Roborock's Robotic vacuum cleaners, but their Wet/Dry Vacuum definitely fall short. I previously had a Flexi Lite which to be honest was horrible. I was hoping the F25 Ace would solve all my concerns. Well it solved some but added new ones. Let me start off with my 3 biggest issues: 1. Who designed the dirty wnter tank, the filter holder is very difficult to remove, there is no area to really grasp with your hand. On the Flexi Lite, at least it had a little handle you could pull on. 2. I currently have it set to quiet drying and its pretty loud, I'm not sure what their definition of quiet is, but if this is quiet I dread hearing how loud normal drying mode is. Again, the Flexi Light was much more quiet. On a side note, I notice the cleaner shakes a bit while its in the cleaning mode which is odd. 3. Not a fan of the water tank on the bottom. I get that its supposed to make the vacuum more stable etc but its very clunky to remove and refill. Now that I have the issues out of the way, lets talk about some good stuff. 1. It definitely cleans a lot better than the Flexi Lite did (was my biggest complaint with that model). 2. I'm happy for the Edge to Edge Cleaning which I didn't previously have. 3. Auto-Detergent Dispenser. - Thank you! On the Flex Lite you had no clue how much detergent to use 4. App Support - This is just nice to have for the coolness factor and whatever firmware updates they keep pushing that just say bug fixes... What bugs? 5. The Anti-Tangle Brush with the Jaw Scrapers, my roller still looks brand new. All in all, its not a horrible Wet/Dry Vac I just wish Roborock would put the same R&D and Testing into there W/D vacs are they do with their robotic vacs.

A really GREAT time saver
Awesome unit! It cleans (washes, scrubs, and almost dries to the touch) all the tiled floors. When you place it back in its ‘home base’ it cleans and dries itself before automatically recharging, ready for the next use. And it actually speaks to tell you what it’s doing ! Great unit, sturdy build….. well worth the money.

Excelente
Excelente produto… sobretudo pela auto-limpeza e secagem após o uso. Tem configuração para português, mas após o uso precisa lavar o rolo senao fica com odor.
