It works
I can attest that this product works as advertised. I have been waking up between 1:00 and 3:30 AM and not being able to return to sleep. Now I can wake up, look at the clock and go right back to sleep.

They didn’t work for me. I wish they had.
I hear that they work for some people they did not work for me. I’m disappointed. I’m not saying they’re a bad product. I’m just saying they did not work for me.

Works well
These work better than anything I’ve used! I’ve tried a variety of sleep teas, melatonin, prescriptions, etc. Prescriptions leave me woozy the next morning and the others just don’t work for me. Natrol makes me sleepy, sleep well, and wake up more refreshed.

Great initially.
Great for falling asleep but doesn't improve all night sleep. Sleep for 4 hours then wide awake rest of night . Will use for next week and then review
