Shuttle but works
I make tea and it works great. So far there's been no sleep hangover and side effects. Price is good. Mixes well and tastes great, no upset stomach.

Seems to help with nighttime waking
I don't really have much trouble falling asleep at night, but staying asleep is another story. I'm pretty sure this drink mix helps. If I do wake up, I seem to have an easier time drifting right off again since I started drinking a glass of this before bed. There are no lasting effects; I don't wake up groggy. The flavors are okay, there's a little bitterness, but I don't mind it, and the desired effect of a full night's sleep is worth it. It's become an essential part of my evening wind-down routine!

next morning hangover
tastes great, i can't complain about that. put me to sleep and kept me asleep but the next day i felt out of it and groggy like in a fog until noon. i switch to just magnesium and it's much better.

I don’t follow directions. Works better as a shot for me. How am I supposed to sleep after drinking 8 oz of water?
