Butane Kitchen Torch, Safety Lock & 0‑90° Rotating Head for Baking

I had been struggling with an older Bernzomatic torch for a while. It was difficult to light and constantly leaked butane. These torches, however, are very easy to fill, and the flame is simple to control. They were also half the price for a set of two! I especially like that the head pivots, making it much easier to direct the flame into harder to reach areas. Overall, I’m very happy with them and wish I had replaced my old torch sooner!

I won't lie, I was hesitant at first, but based off of reviews I took a chance and bought a white and black torch, it's honestly not bad for the price I paid. I was impressed by the power this thang has, not even exaggerating this puts a nice flame out and has a soft feel to the plastic. Even the base of the torch was surprisingly nice, it has a metal base.. Not plastic like most torches in its price range. Plus, the very bottom of it sits on like a soft velvety pad which is a nice touch! 🤘 But, hands down one of the best torches I've bought in a long time! P.S. it is easy to fill no attachments needed in my case. My opinion... I could be wrong, but I wouldn't advise moving the 90° torch up and down to frequently I believe it bends a metal like tube that might snap at some point if overworked but I'll update, if that ever happens! I have used a lot of torch lighters over the years, so far this has to be one of the best I have had. (This is my 2nd purchase) The flame is seriously intense. Its a great size, not top heavy unlike similar torches this size. It is light weight and feels cheep, but it is rugged. I have knocked off the table a few times and it has not broken. . . yet :) If you're looking for a small or weak flame, I would not pick this one, even adjusted down all the way the flame is still a little bigger than I would have thought Very easy to ignite especially if you have a hard time with your hands as I do. I would highly recommend this item to anyone looking for a nice quality torch.

This torch uses a lot of fuel, but it's worth it. In one sentence. It's Bad Ass. I love it

I purchased this to add a brûlées top to desserts. I am a baker, not a handy-woman, and I purchased a lesser product a year ago-and it was never used, because I was not able to successfully fill the butane reservoir. This product arrived assembled, and the instructions made filling fuel very easy. The flame is adjustable, as is the head…which is very handy. The quality is substantial-great quality metal, but not heavy or awkward to handle. It’s already gotten lots of use, and it’s definitely going to be used often.

I did not expect this thing to be so powerful for what it costs! Good size and quality. My husband is jealous after trying it out and now I have to buy him one! Great purchase!

Great lighter

I purchased this torch to replace the one that came with my Old Fashioned smoker kit, and the difference is honestly huge. The original torch worked, but just barely. The flame was weak, inconsistent, and it took too long to properly light the wood chips, which made the whole smoking process frustrating and less effective. After comparing a lot of options and reading through many reviews, I decided to try this Coylbod torch—and I’m really glad I did. Right out of the box, you can tell this torch is built better. It feels solid, well-balanced, and comfortable to hold. The design is clean and practical, and everything about it feels more durable than the standard torches that usually come with kits. The performance is where it really stands out. The flame is powerful, steady, and very easy to control. On the highest setting, it’s extremely strong—honestly comparable to some workshop torches I’ve used. It almost feels like a mini flamethrower. At the same time, you can easily dial it down for more precise work, which is great when you don’t need too much heat. For my bourbon smoker, this torch works perfectly. Even on a medium setting, it lights the wood chips quickly and evenly, regardless of their moisture level. I love this torch. I wanted to replace the cocktail torch I received with my Old Fashioned Smoker kit I bought on Amazon. The kit has worked well, but the torch that came with it was a little sub-par. The weak flame that it produced did not work as well as it should when using the smoker on our bourbon glasses. My friend has a different kit and his torch was better and made more smoke faster. There are hundreds of torches available so it took awhile to read the descriptions and reviews of many, until I came across this Coylbod version. This torch is truly amazing. It has a much stronger flame on its high setting than anything I've seen before, including the utility torches I've bought for my workshop. This thing is like a small flamethrower it has such a good flame. But it can also be tamed down if you want a smaller flame. On medium it flames the wood chips in my bourbon smoker perfectly, regardless of moisture content and forces the smoke into the tumbler below with much more vigour than the poor torch that came with my kit. I don't know if I will ever need the rotating feature of the head, but it is a nice extra. It fits really nicely in the hand, and the flame size is easily adjustable, and can be locked in the "ON" position if you are doing a long burn, or need to use it in a hands-free fashion. If you are looking for a great butane torch, look no further than this Coylbod. I hope it lasts a long time. It seems well made, and feels well made in use. If it does fail for some reason (as butane appliances have a tendency to do), or if I need another shop torch, I'll be coming back here and looking for another of these. Check out some of the videos produced by other reviewers as they show how good the flame on this one is, and helped me make my decision to try this one. It's no exaggeration that this thing kicks other torches' butts. I highly recommend this item and the supplier.

I would've loved to give it more stars if it worked longer than the one time i fill it and can use it then it's back to dead empty. if i didn't get a defective one i would be much happier with the purchase as i've boughten multiple other kinds from this exact place i thought getting a nice solid metal one would've been a nice upgrade. sadly i fill it, let it sit and get ready to use for about 15 minutes, i use it one time for about 20 seconds and then by second time around it needs a refill. I have bought I believe a total of 5 of these torches now (mainly the plastic ones) and out of them I’ve only had the metal defective one and one plastic one that I actually managed to repair and keep going. So quality is good for the most part, just the metal one gave me problems.

First off this will be about my 15/20th butane torch’s I e purchased over the years , I use them alot , from soldering , heat shrink , heating and bending steal etc , I build Harley motorcycles for drag racing, I’ve bought torches from my local 7/11, Canadian tire etc. also about 4 or 5 from here , I’ve never had one torch that did the best for everything, this torch sparks up and runs on first pull of the switch, even on the lowest setting it produces a very hot flame , I use the hi setting when iam bending steel rod, sheet metal , unloosing nuts and bolts , etc etc etc , it feels great in your hand as well a clear for me the head can tilt so I can get into tighter areas , use it as a soldering pen , it’s just built heavy duty, as soon as it’s in your hand you will know what I mean , so if your wanting a butane torches that can surpass all the other ones out there please give this a try first , it truly is so much better than those corner store butanes !,

Works great for a week, but doesnt fill right, the tips are not correct ones in the bag to empty the torch and barely any butane tips work...worse you can barely turn down the flame and after a week it is sparking and turning into a blue flame that ignites quick and large
