I was looking for a small but quality razor cutter for opening packages of all kinds and boxes. 📦 This is great! It cuts through with ease as long and you press down firmly and in the direction you are going to. It’s magnetic so I put it on my refrigerator. If you see yourself using this frequently, I suggest buying a lanyard to hook into it and putting it in a secure place. The ceramic blade is great for safety in case if you quickly open it and your fingers were close to the blade or for anyone who may use it. It does the job as fine as a regular razor. I was thinking of getting the smaller blade they have available but the reviews put me off from it because it can get blunt if you do use it a lot and would need to buy another one instead of replacing the razor. I just thought this was way more durable and economical because you can choose your choice of razor from what the brand has available and that it’s a manual razor to open and close. Overall, I 100% recommend. ⭐️

This is a great little box cutter to have on hand. The fridge magnet is genius. It's pretty small, and the blade is short, so it's maybe not the best for heavy duty tasks or breaking down/scoring large boxes in bulk. But for breaking down every day consumer boxes and occasionally breaking down larger boxes, it's perfect!

I love this little thing so much! It's very cute and compact, but still effective. The magnet is nice for just sticking on the fridge for easy storage and finding when a package comes. I basically bought this so I can help open packages in the clinic when new inventory comes in. I'm still a student, but I'm looking forward to working! It's the PERFECT size to stash in a scrub pocket. The blade locks nicely and it's easy to slide it out when needed. Cutting is really easy too, but you will still need to be careful not to cut the thing in the box, depending on what it is.

I love this little box cutter. I have cut the tops off of sooooo many boxes, hundreds a day sometimes and we'll this thing absolutely performs. I cut boxes faster than any other person around who has those lame penguin cutters. This always cuts smooth, fast, and super easy. I LOVE IT. With that said, this is my second one, and I cut hundreds of boxes a day sometimes, and as you can see the wear on the blade housing is giving way to the point I always have my blade "open". Its not as safe but I cannot give up this beloved box cutter. I am going to buy a new one, the green one that retracts so I'm compliant at work and I will continue to do so with the hopes that one day, they or someone else makes a blade of similar quality in a better housing that is as convenient to carry as this one. If you want a box cutter for your house and see yourself cutting a much smaller amount of boxes than I do at work, let me tell you this is the one you want. If at work you can get away with less safe box cutters, they're probably a better option as this housing degrades so quickly. I will suffer with the best I have to work with, because with cutting as many boxes as I do, I always want them to perform as well as this one does every single time. Please slice, make a more durable housing for this model 🙏🏻

I never thought I needed something like this -- why not just use a scissor, a pen, your finger? But I bought it at least a year ago as it was on sale and had good reviews. It is such a game changer! We keep it where we tend to open our packages and use it for each box that comes our way. I love it so much I bought another recently to keep upstairs in my Crafty Loft as I usually open those boxes there. Here is why: It is an easy and safe way to open your boxes; much more easier than a scissor, a pen, or your finger, or a typical box cutter. The blade stays sharp, still sharp after a good year and used several times a week. Big or small boxes, it works well! I love the size; it doesn't take up any room where I keep it and it fits nicely in my hand when I use it. I have never thought that it was too small. It still looks and works as new even after a year. I have had no issues with the lock functionality. FYI: this review is for the Slice Manual Mini Cutter #10515.

I absolutely love this box cutter!!! I bought one and liked it so well, I bought a second one to keep in another part of the house. The first one was purchased in Jan 2021, and it's still cutting like a dream. I'm buying a third one to keep outside to break down all those Amazon boxes. ** I love that you can open it and flip the blade so I can use it with my left hand (I'm a leftie). Other box cutters I have to use with my right hand. ** I like the little built-in magnet; always within reach and don't have to search through that drawer you have in the kitchen with all the little odds and ends. ** I really like that I can replace the blade and not cut myself. With other box cutters, I was always nicking my finger. ** I like that it fits well in my small hands. Men: If you have large hands, this might not work well for you. ** Finally, something safe to cut open those blasted, hermetically sealed, clamshells!! ** Response to other comments: First -- READ all of the specifications, descriptions and view the photos. **Yes, it is small (Mini Box Cutter - mini is key word here) and doesn't require a heavy touch to extract the blade. ** Instructions on using: Hold the blade at a 45 degree angle to what you are cutting, press firmly and pull towards you. ** Best Used for: The Slice Mini Box Cutter is best used for household and office settings. I don't think it would hold up well in industrial settings or warehouses. Slice does have other types of ceramic blade box cutters that look like they would work better in those settings. ** Recommendations: I would give this to anyone who receives deliveries at home. I would also supply all my office workers with one, if I owned a business (and they still come into the office to work.)

This box cutter is good for cutting open sealed boxes and box flaps. However, due to its small size and blade length, it’s hard to get a thorough cut through the box. Moreover, you have to grip the box a certain way if you’re cutting downwards. For the price, you get what you pay for, but there are better box cutters out there that can handle bigger boxes and that cut more throughly.

No more knives, no more scissors! This thing is genius and so much safer! Also very quick and easy to use! I keep one in the kitchen and the other in the garage!

Most used item in the kitchen right now. Had it for a while now and always saves the day. It has a magnet so you can stick it anywhere in the kitchen.

Must have. Little costly but worth it as easily cuts through boxes and plastic wraps without effort and risk of cuts. My kids can use safely
