LeanTravel Compression Packing Cubes Luggage Organizers (3) Set

Great set! Works and reduces bulk clothing to a slimmer size. Handy for a holiday as I sorted my clothes into long sleeve tops, t-shirts, dresses, trousers etc. (went on a cruise) little unpacking needed just lifted out the cubes from my suitcase and unzipped the compression and popped them directly onto the cupboard shelf - all clothes already categorised for easy ensembles. Packing made easier. I find even for an overnight or weekend stay - no longer need bigger bags when using these cubes. Would recommend.

I always end up pulling everything out of my case to get to the stuff at the bottom, so I decided to invest in some sort of luggage organiser. After a bit of searching on the net I came across “packing cubes”, perfect, organisation and compression. After reading some reviews I decided to to purchase these, it’s always nice when something lives up to your expectations, and these certainly do. Great quality material, good zips and strong but lightweight construction, I’ll be buying some more as my wife had taken a shine to them! Great product, recommended.

I’ve used the LeanTravel Compression Packing Cubes on several trips now, and they’ve honestly made packing so much easier. The different sizes are great for keeping things organised, and the compression feature helps save space in my suitcase. The material feels tough and durable, and the zippers are smooth and sturdy—no issues even when I overpacked. They also help reduce wrinkles, which is a nice bonus. That said, they are a bit on the pricey side compared to others, but the build quality and convenience make them feel like a worthwhile investment if you travel often.

Bought these for a trip away to Iceland, and wanted to keep my clothes and winter accessories organised and the case tidy for easily finding stuff. These really helped with that, and my partner loved them so much he wanted some for his stuff too, so ordered some more. Did help compress stuff down, even the bulky winter stuff like skiing trousers, and made it very easy to take out of the suitcase grab what you needed for the day and slot back into the suitcase. Quality was good, and better than some I have had in the past, zips where strong too, so no worries about zipping up when compressing.

I bought the green ones of these, which are supposed to be kids ones but they are the same size as the rest, much cheerier and I can find them in a dark bag. These bags are really well made, not flimsy like the nylon compression bags which means they won't tear or get stuck easily and they do compress well which means I don't have to take two cases. They are slightly heavy but that's the price for the quality material. Couldn't be without these now and would recommend them.

I don't usually go out of the way to write review products but I have to rave about this. I bought this product in early Aug, on my trip I found the zipper was stuck even though I carefully manoeuvred it with my fingers while double zipping it. I wrote to Lean Travel and they were apologetic saying that they didn't have any in stock and promised me they would send one over when it was available. I came back from my trip in October and there it was, waiting for me as promised! I am thoroughly, thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service and the product itself is very well designed. You have to place your fingers carefully in between the zips when compressing it but the quality is remarkable and the after service top-notch. It is slightly more expensive than others in the market, but if you are after value for money, this is it.

Whilst the product is very well made and sturdy, it is very heavy and takes up far too much space in a suitcase, even when it is “compressed”, which I find doesn’t make that much of a difference.

These are very helpful to compact clothing. It uses 2 zip methods, the first to enclose the garments and second to compact the package further. Zips are sturdy and have been used several times and still going strong. The mesh allows for easy viewing of the garments. Ideal for packing into a suitcase to make the most of the space available. The various sizes allows for different sized garments / best fit for suitcase although inevitably because of the shape, there is always space between the various packages to stow other items.

Very strong and good quality. The wired walls make a big difference in keeping it's shape, and not turning into "balloon balls" in your suitcase. Definitely worth paying the extra for a quality product. Will get a lot of use out of these.

My husband travels a lot. He is on the road, on average, 3 nights per week. Sometimes he is gone 5 nights. That is a lot of clothes to cram into his Timberland duffel (and he refuses to get a larger bag, or an additional bag). I bought this set because it was in my price point, and had six cubes. I measured his bag, and estimated the way the cubes would fit, and decided to give it a shot. After we finished his laundry, with all of his "road clothes"; on the bed, we decided to try packing the cubes. He wears fire retardant jeans, fire retardant long sleeved shirts, and a tshirt every day for work. He then usually changes into gym clothes to work out, and then something casual for dinner. He wears two full outfits (work and gym clothes) each day, and wears the casual dinner outfit twice, usually regular jeans and a polo. NOTE: The fire retardant (FR) clothing is THICK and HEAVY material. It's like duck canvas instead of denim and denim instead of shirt material. Everything is flat folded because he is a philistine and won't let me roll anything: LARGE CUBE: Three pairs of FR jeans OR four pairs of regular jeans MEDIUM CUBE: Four FR shirts OR seven polo shirts OR three dri-fit shirts AND three pairs of basketball shorts SMALL CUBE: Six tshirts OR five pairs of boxer briefs AND five pairs of socks (socks laid flat and not rolled) In each cube, I probably could have crammed a few extras, like tucking in a couple of pairs of socks or underwear with the FR jeans or shirts, etc. The zippers were sturdy, and easy to manage, and the zipper pull was oversized which made it easier to grip. So far, I have sent him on the road several times (for 3-5 days apiece) and this has definitely given him more room in his bag! My daughter is taking a month long trip around the US this summer, so I plan to help her pack everything into just a carryon with these cubes. EDITED: My daughter was able to pack enough clothes for a month-long trip using just three of the packing cubes (one in each size), plus her hygiene and makeup kit...and it all fit in her carryon! She rolled her clothes, and was able to fit more than my husband who leaves his clothes flat folded. She didn't have a problem managing her wardrobe, and often left her clothes in the cubes uncompressed when she was staying with family. I had to take a business trip and have also used the packing cubes, and really like them. I feel like we've gotten a lot of use out of them, and have bought a second set. I have packed my off-season clothing in them and stashed them in a box at the top of my closet, to give me more room! I highly recommend these packing cubes! EDITED 2: We have now had these for just under a year, and they see weekly use when my hubby is on the road. Our daughter and I have used them for "girls weekends", too. If we each use a large cube, we can pack all the clothes we need for a three day, two night trip. It slips easily into our respective weekend bags (though honestly, we could get away with just one bag), leaving plenty of room for makeup, hygiene, and jewelry bags, plus our phones and iPads. We often have enough room to bring back treasures from our trips, too. The cubes have very little wear and tear -a bit of the finish on the zipper pulls have worn away, and we had a loose thread on one of the smaller cubes (we burned it to keep it from fraying more).

Al salir de viaje, mi maleta siempre comenzaba estando súper organizada pero en el transcurso del mismo, acababa siendo un desastre. Es por eso que comencé a buscar una solución y afortunadamente, en Amazon se encontraba dicha solución. Aunque hay muchas opciones de “cubos organizadores”, es importante que conozcas la diferencia entre estos cubos y los demás que están publicados. Los cubos organizadores “normales” o “Packing Cubes” son cubos para organizar tu ropa pero al momento de guardarla en tu maleta, únicamente cuentan con un sólo zipper para cerrarse, por lo que tu ropa no tendrá manera de quedar compresa (a menos de que la aplastes con las manos). Por otro lado, tenemos estos cubos organizadores hechos por LeanTravel llamados “Compression Cubes” y a diferencia de los otros cubos “normales” (y como el mismo nombre lo dice), cuentan con dos zippers que ayudarán a que tu ropa se comprima haciendo que ahorres espacio dentro de tu maleta. Así que, si lo que quieres únicamente es organizar tu maleta, cualquier “Packing Cube” te funcionará, pero si lo que quieres además de organizar tu maleta es ahorrar espacio dentro de la misma, definitivamente elige estos “Compression Cubes”. En cuanto al producto, está hecho de excelente material. Lo pude comprobar porque al cerrar el zipper de compresión de uno de los cubos (ya con todo y ropa) sin querer se le atoró la tela y aunque lo forcejé, jamás se rompió (y afortunadamente pude desatorarlo). Para que no te pase esto, al cerrar el zipper de compresión te recomiendo AMPLIAMENTE, poner tu dedo indice atrás del cierre mientras lo cierras para que la tela no se atore (en las imágenes puse una foto de cómo hacerlo). Vacíos, los tres cubos de cada tamaño caben en una Carry-On, pero ya con ropa (y aunque estén compresos), desafortunadamente los tres cubos de cada tamaño no caben juntos. Únicamente caben las siguientes opciones: Opción 1: El Cubo Grande abajo y encima 2 Cubos Pequeños. Opción 2: El Cubo Grande abajo y encima 1 sólo Cubo Mediano. Opción 3: El Cubo Grande abajo y encima otro Cubo Grande. Opción 4 (y mi favorita): El Cubo Grande abajo, el Cubo Pequeño encima y la Zapatera modelo Pro Oble de la marca Chenson de igual manera encima del Cubo Grande (y al lado del Cubo Pequeño). Si utilizas la configuración de acomodo de la Opción 4, te cabrán en total: -Cubo Grande (Pantalones): 4 Joggers, 1 Pantalón de Mezclilla, y 1 Shorts. -Cubo Pequeño (Ropa Interior): 4 Boxers, 5 Playeras Interiores (de las que no tienen mangas) y hasta 8 ó 9 pares de Tines. -Zapatera Pro Oble marca Chenson: 1 par de Tennis Deportivos/Zapatos y también 1 par de Sandalias. Ya tienes casi todo, pero ahora la pregunta es, ¿y las playeras? Encontré una sencilla solución. Ya que el Cubo Mediano no cabe en la Carry-On (al menos con la opción 4), el Cubo Mediano lo designé para llevar las playeras (y le caben hasta 10). Así que la opción extra será: ***Opción 5: La opción 4 en una Carry-On + el Cubo Mediano (10 playeras) en tu mochila principal de hombros y/o mano. Esta a mi parecer es la mejor opción (en conjunto a la opción 4) ya que en los viajes, aunque los pantalones llegamos a “reusarlos” sin lavar un par de veces, lo que nos cambiamos forzosamente todos los días son las playeras; así que de esta manera, las playeras las tendremos de manera aún más accesible en la maleta de mano y/o de hombro en nuestro Cubo Mediano. Los otros 3 cubos sobrantes (si es que compras el juego de 6 cubos), los podrás utilizar para almacenar tu ropa limpia en tu closet. De esta manera tendrás 3 cubos exclusivamente para utilizar en tus viajes y 3 cubos para utilizar en tu casa y tener aún más organizada tu ropa adentro de tu closet o de tus cajones. Como tip extra, para llevar tus artículos de aseo personal te recomiendo muchísimo comprar el Eagle Creek Pack It Quick Trip Toiletry Organizer y las Toallas de Microfibra de la marca Avedistante, ya que con estos otros dos artículos (también vendidos aquí en Amazon), podrás llevar también tus artículos de Aseo Personal y Toallas de Viaje en la malla que tienen casi todas las Carry-On; y lo mejor de todo, sin estorbarle a la Zapatera Pro Oble marca Chenson ni a los Compression Cubes de LeanTravel a la hora de cerrar tu Carry-On. Ya que yo estuve dudoso al comprar estos cubos (y me iba a ir por una de las otras opciones que son menos costosas), decidí hacer esta reseña mucho más completa para quitarte de cualquier duda y asegurarte que estos cubos definitivamente valen lo que cuestan.
