The product quality is good. After sales customer service is prompt and excellent. My tracker stopped working abruptly but the CS response was quick and efficiently helped me to reset the device. Recommended seller.

I set this up as instructed. Everything seemed fine but when I needed to find where my keys were today these devices completely and utterly failed. This is a product that helps someone feel safe so they know that if they lose their keys then they can find it easily. My keys were in my pocket and my phone was right there but these tags didn't connect. When I needed it to work all I found was that those who have no good in them cannot create anything good. I was extremely distressed and suffering when I couldn't find my keys. I found out that I cannot depend on these tags because they are designed by those who have no good in them. Something good will always be created and designed by someone who has good in them but you don't want to buy these tags because they are designed by those who have no good in them. If you need to be saved from the pain and suffering of losing your keys then don't buy these because they are designed by those who have no good in them. It was so easy for a sound to be played so I could find my keys and they worked when I initially paired them. But they are designed by those who have no good in them to create something good. I bought them in May and it's July in the same year when I found this problem. I checked another tag and it has the same problem. It's designed by those who have no good in them so they cannot create something good. The pain that they have caused me is unbearable because you should know how awful it feels to lose your keys. I had them on me and if they played a sound using the Android app then I would have found them and I wouldn't suffer. If you can put a price on your pain then find something created by those who are good.

A very cost effective alternative, which was easy to set up. And it uses google Find Device, so no additional app to install. I got the 4 pack, which came with little key rings included, and made attaching these things to keys etc a breeze. It was also very easy to share access with others so my partner can track any you give them access too, great for our car keys which regularly get lost..... It's too soon to consider how reliable these things are but my initial impressions are very good. One area for improving would be the beep as its a little on the quiet side. Still recommended though.

Good value for four items, with batteries included . Easy to set up and use on a Google Pixel 8a using the already installed 'Find Hub' app. Worked very well to track our luggage on a recent trip abroad. Recommended!

This is a fantastic product that is really easy to setup and use, and enables you to know exactly where your items are. First, setup is a doddle, turn on the tag (one long press until it creeps) then open Find My Device on your android devices. If it's the first time you have loaded find my device, grant it all the permissions it's asking for. Once Find My Device has the required permissions you tag will be displayed and you add it to your account and give it a name.... Done. Tracking your device is also easy. Once the tag is added to your account, when you open Find My Device all your registered tags will be displayed, Click on the desired tag to see its location, when it were last seen and the battery status. You can force a refresh of the data, and when you are close you can get the device to beep, as well as a signed strength indicator to guide you to the tag. If the tag is at home and you have Google hubs / mini's / speakers it can even tell you which one it's near. If you get stuck the MiLi support is fantastic, they are very helpful and quick to reply and know the product and Android inside out so can talk you step by step through any issues. They are currently selling at £34.99 for 4 tags which is less than £10 a tag... Recommend getting the multi pack as you can put the tags anywhere. The tags are just under 4 cm across and weigh nothing. You can put them on your keys hand luggage, hold luggage, work bag in the car in case it gets stolen or even on your child so you can find them when they wander off. A guy I met at the airport put one on his son. If he wondered off he made it beep and his son knew to go back to his dad.

So this is at the time of writing the first mass available Google Certified “FindMyDevice” for the UK . There are Chipolo/Pebblebee/Motorola, but they average around 3-5 times more expensive. Larger than an Apple Airtag (38 x 38 x 9mm vs 32 x 32 x 8 mm) I purchased this with it’s own leather-like keyring holder which fits like a glove. Infact, it’s a bit too snug since it’s a bit of a job to get it out again. Pairing’s a doddle. Press and hold for 2 seconds and next to your phone whilst you have the FindMyDevice app open and it asks for you to pair. Some people have commented that the alarm is quiet, however I found it louder than any of the other 3rd party “AirTags” with an average 28-30 dbi. The unit doesn't have UWB, however does have a chipset which will inform you if you are closer/further away within the Google FindMyDevice App. This is frustrating since it will take around 5-10 seconds to update and isn't sensitive enough when you turn in a different direction. Those that are expecting “AirTag” tracking performance might be a bit disappointed. I had both Mili MiTag Go and a 3rd Party “AirTag” in my car. The “AirTag” consistently updated instantly/quickly and had active tracking. The MiTag required manual refresh to update and the “AirTag” actively worked whilst traveling in a car. Infact with multiple refreshing didn’t make a difference for about 5 minutes (Android Phone had no FindMyDevice restrictions). When both MiTag and “AirTag” was stationary, the “AirTag” was consistent with it’s location, but the MiTag over the course of an hour would change locations (ie, across the road in a random house) even though I could confirm it was stationary with the “AirTag”. I am not sure if it is a Google FindMyDevice issue or the MiTag Go that is the issue. Either way the Apple FindMyApp is currently a far more superior tracking ecosystem compared to the Google FindMyDevice. Hopefully time will improve things, like active real-time refreshing.

Don't always connect and after nearly a year. New batteries and they need resetting. My four tags will not work.. they power up. They power down. There's no long tone for resetting. 6 quick presses and hold on the 6th. Not good

Setup was easy and they worked for a short time. They then wouldn't make sounds when ping'd. Then they don't show up anymore. I searched to find how to fix them, followed the process of replacing batteries, resetting, restarting ect... But nothing. I contacted support who told me to do all the same things I had just tried, I did this. I replied and got ignored. I replied again and got a reply. Now they want me for a 3rd time to go through the same process of replacing batteries and resetting them but want me to film myself doing it this time. "Since you've already completed the recommended troubleshooting steps, we don't want you to spend more time repeating the same process" But now we want you to repeat the same process. Don't waste your money here. I have another tag for my keys from pebblebee, works everytime.

UPDATE: Had an issue with one of the units. For some reason connected my phone as the device. Reached out to Mili customer service and they resolved it quickly and replaced the one unit. Received in two days and up and running. Again, the easiest set-up and works!!!!! I put stickers on them to identify them if I move from one place to the other (i.e. suitcase etc. ) Works perfectly with my Google Pixel Accuracy: I ordered an off brand that said it worked with both iPhones and Androids. No go there. This one worked just like another reviewer stated. I pushed the Mili and my Find Hub app chimed immediately. So easy to set-up!!!!!!! I got to put on the keys of a senior with mild dementia who lives alone and nearby. I bought the 4pack and glad I did. I will put in our suitcases too.

Yo sé que no es para eso pero me funciona para saber dónde están mis gatas. No se puede rastrear en tiempo real, se conecta con tu android o algun android que esté muy cerca y te indica la ubicación. Tiene sonido localizador, aunque no es super fuerte. Por la relación calidad/costo es muy superior a los demás que he visto que venden. Programé el primero super bien y para los demás algó pasó pero me asesoraron en todo momento para programarlos, super amables (reinicié los dispositivos apretando rápido 6 veces).

I'm a musician, and I'm always worried that someone at a bar will run off with one of my cases while I'm loading and unloading. I'm an android user, so I bought these to stick into all of my various cases, and so far they've worked great - at least by my expectation. I also used them to track my luggage on a recent trip, and they also worked great at the airport, and in Jamaica. The android Find Hub (previously called Find My Device) network isn't as reliable as the IOS network. The reason is that in order for any of these "trackers" to work, they have to be "seen" by a phone that is participating in the network. They don't have any GPS or network capability themselves. They rely entirely on your phone, or other people's phones to be found. IOS devices, by default, participate in the network from day 1. Android devices, on the other hand, require the user to "opt in" to the network. The result is that there are fewer people participating in the android network than the IOS network. In rural areas, neither system will likely work well. In urban and suburban areas, I think iOS still has an advantage, simply because there are so many people with iPhones. For my use, the Android network is good enough, which is great because it's really the only option unless you have an iPhone. At the airport, I was able to track my bag through the airport, but not in real time. The updates seemed to be 10-20 minutes apart. I also tried leaving a tag in my vehicle at a nearby big box store, and the result was similar. That's been my experience with nearly every test with all of these devices, including other manufacturers. That's more than enough for me, but it's understandable that some people will find some frustration in that level of resolution. When I'm at home, or at the bar with my equipment, they always tell me that they were seen "just now". I did have one (from a different manufacturer) fail on me in a way that at least one reviewer seems to have experienced with these. That device worked sporadically for a while, then simply refused to be seen. I haven't had any similar experience with these MiLi tags. However, I check them all pretty regularly to make sure the batteries are still OK and they're all being seen, and I would suggest you do the same. They do beep if you activate the beep in the app, although I think you might need to be close enough to them to actually find them to make that beep start. I've never tried remotely. The beep isn't very loud though, and it will still be a struggle to find it, since it's dark. It's not that big of an issue though - the "find hub" app shows you a "best guess" about how close you are to it, and you basically play a game of "hotter or colder" until you finally hear it, or see it. I don't know why they keep making these so easy to accidently turn on and off. In order to track, they need to be on. It's somewhat easy to accidently turn this off, since the on/off function only basically requires you to squeeze the case. For my use, this isn't a problem because I've just put them into my instrument and gear cases, and they're unlikely to be accidentally powered off. However, on my keychain I sat on my keys and powered the tracker off. If you're expecting to track your keys, or something that has the risk of you accidently turning this off, don't buy this one. That being said, the included little key loop was perfect for attaching it to some of the rack screw holes in my cases so they won't accidently fall out, and they still remain pretty inconspicuous. They do feel quite well made to me. Keep in mind that they run on a button cell, so you will need to occasionally check the battery - which thankfully find hub app tells you if the battery is OK or not. One of mine had a low battery well before it should have, and I have replaced it without any issues since. In my opinion, that's kind of to be expected with such a low cost product, so I didn't knock off any stars for that. Overall, I'd recommend these for tracking items where you can put the tracker inside of the container, and you have realistic expectations for how they work. I would not recommend these for key tracking, or wallet tracking. In those cases, you probably want something that either doesn't have an off button, or is at least very difficult to turn off.

Lo uso para encontrar mis llaves con su sonido en casa y para el coche en los centros comerciales, es muy util, solo hay que saber configurarlo, recomiendo tener activado bluetooth y gps antes de configurarlo para evitar errores y una vez configurado den click en la app sobre el mitag y activen las opciones que les pida para siempre tenerlo al 100.

As a user who relies heavily on reliable tracking technology—especially given my predisposition toward misplacing critical items—I approached the MiLi MiTag with high hopes. For individuals with conditions such as ADHD, devices like this are not a luxury but a necessary tool for managing daily life. My core requirement is simple: the ability to locate specific objects, such as my two distinct sets of keys (one for exterior access like the mailbox, the other for interior security like file boxes), quickly and reliably. ​The reality of using the MiLi MiTag, however, has been an exercise in profound frustration and regret. ​This product is, simply put, overpriced and functionally unreliable. The core deficiency lies in the device's abysmal connection stability. In approximately ninety-eight percent of real-world scenarios, the tracker fails to register an object even when it is physically located right beside the mobile device. This is not a slight inconvenience; this renders the entire product useless for its stated purpose. ​Furthermore, the technology's performance is deeply compromised by its dependency on external infrastructure. Accuracy is subpar unless one is constantly surrounded by a network of other Google-enabled devices. When a location is finally established, the audible alert is laughably soft—a gentle chirp that is easily lost in even moderate ambient noise. The setup process is, ironically, the only aspect of the MiTag that functions flawlessly. ​Compounding these technical failures is the issue of battery longevity. Despite the tags rarely, if ever, achieving a successful connection or location fix, the battery life is surprisingly whack. Continuous battery drain requires frequent and expensive replacements, creating an unsustainable total cost of ownership. The initial quality control was also severely lacking; the first batch I received contained several non-functional units. While the seller was kind enough to issue replacements, their performance proved to be no better. ​It appears this product has been hastily thrown together without any consideration for the fundamental engineering requirements of reliable wireless object tracking. When a mobile device cannot detect a tagged object in the very same room, that signals a critical, inexcusable design flaw. It is disappointing and truly frustrating to spend this kind of capital on a product you cannot rely on; I hold a deep sense of regret for having invested in this line of trackers. The most disappointing part of this entire debacle is that Google would allow their name to be associated with such a crappy and non-functional piece of hardware. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this product. The underlying technology is simply not mature enough in this implementation to justify the premium price tag.
