I’ve already finished a 120-capsule bottle and decided to buy the 240-capsule size because, in my case, I really have noticed positive changes with consistent use. I take it for hormonal support, and little by little, I felt greater stability in my cycle and an overall sense of well-being. It doesn't work miracles overnight, but after several weeks, I definitely noticed a difference. The capsules are easy to take and didn't cause me any discomfort. So far, it has been one of the supplements that has given me the best experience—which is why I wanted to continue using it with the larger bottle.

This is the best product. I had very heavy periods, and after using this for a little over a month, my periods went from 16 days to just 7 days long. I didn't notice any side effects/impacts on mood. The supplement doesn't have a strong odor and the dosage worked for me. The only criticism I have is that I found an empty capsule in the bottle, which was disappointing as I expected all the capsules to be filled, especially since this supplement isn't cheap. With that, I will say this specific supplement is listed at a competitive price here.

When I tell YOUUUUU!!!! This completely fixed my PCOS! I got my blood drawn recently to check my hormones and my levels are currently normal for testosterone. They were extremely high and out of range before. My hemoglobin A1C is also in the normal range as well. I now ovulate every month and I get my periods every single month. Before, I would go a month or two without getting my period. I also don’t get sugar cravings when I take these as well. You have to be consistent though. At least take the recommended 4 a day for a month to see results and I promise you, it works. I’ve been taking this consistently since January and it’s changed my life. I hope the ingredients never change! I’ve attached my testosterone levels. The higher amount was my testosterone June of 2025. The normal amount is my testosterone levels as of April 2026.

I have used this for 2 years for my PCOS. I put a scoop in my morning coffee. Works great and I have seen improvements.

I have been so full of energy lately that I started weight-lifting, and I can already tell a difference in my body! I've lost a total of 8lbs so far, and an inch off my waist in the past month! I'm not saying this supplement will have the same effects on everyone, but it really did help me so much, and I am so very happy with this product!

These have a gross aftertaste.

These are the ones!!! I’ve tried all of the brands, the major ones off brands on here, ones mixed with other vitamins and realized these are 100% myo-inositol and dchiro without any added supplements and figured maybe this would be better plus the price point is amazing! Other ones I was taking I would still get chin hairs and a few acne not rly feeling much of a difference, but with these I immediately noticed my sleeps better, my moods better, my chin hairs are actually literally gone, no acne at all, my periods are regular, and I don’t get horribly bloated anymore! Definitely buy these!! Think about it tbe other ones from other brands have added supplements/ingredients these are straight myo/dchiro-inositol nothing else! These are definitely the answer to all your problems!
