Yes this comes directly from them. I understand your concern about receiving a fake product. I can assure you this is not fake. We were selling it in my husbands laser clinic before we moved to a different state. We were able to receive it because I am a physical therapist and they sell it to me under that license.

What is the difference between this and other colloidal silver brands?

have never used for acne, but might help. It's not good to take it long term though, and Acne can be a long-term condition most likely caused by hormone imbalance/diet deficiencies.
