This pillow was the best for me after breast reduction surgery. I am still sleeping with this pillow because it is needed. My body is not ready to lie flat - trust me i try every night. However, this is the best comfort you can get, especially after surgery.

The outer cover had a strong smell but this was easy to remove and replace once washed. The product is exactly what I needed for head elevation post surgery. I appreciate the multiple positions so it can also be use when sitting upright. Would definitely recommend.
