Bates- Paint Roller Extension Pole, 3 Ft, Aluminum Alloy

The item arrived as ordered, and I put it to the test! I had a large painting ceiling project, and it worked amazingly. It was easy to use, and I got the perfect length to reach my ceiling and work. I used this with a 14-inch roller and really leaned into the pole, and there were no issues. I liked the base because, even with paint on my hands and sweat, I could keep my grip. If you are in the market for a good-quality painting pole, I highly recommend it for its functionality and ease of use. It made the difference in my painting project.

I’ve used a lot of cheap extension poles over the years, and most of them either wobble like crazy, twist under pressure, or lock so poorly you’re terrified the roller is going to fly off mid-stroke. The Bates telescoping pole is legitimately one of the best budget options I’ve found that doesn’t feel like a total compromise. What I love: • Surprisingly sturdy for the price. Fully extended to 3 feet with a 9-inch roller loaded with paint, there’s only minimal flex (way less than the generic orange ones at the big-box stores). • The twist-lock mechanism actually works. It grips tight and doesn’t slip even when I’m really bearing down on ceilings or high walls. • Lightweight aluminum with a soft, cushioned foam grip that doesn’t get slippery when your hands are sweaty or painty. • Universal threaded tip fits every standard roller frame I own (Purdy, Wooster, Shur-Line, etc.) and also accepts threaded broom handles or dusting attachments if you want to repurpose it. • Extends smoothly from 17 inches to 36 inches, so it’s perfect for reaching 9–10 ft ceilings without a ladder in most rooms.

Great value for the money. Seems strong enough. I extend it to wash my commercial truck. and keep it collapsed to use it to flip up a rear vinal door of the trailer out of the way. Easy to use. Extension clasps are sturdy and hold well. Grips stay in place. If you need a pole, this seems to be a great buy. I was pleasantly surprised as this price made me think it would be lower quality. It's worth more than they are charging.

It’s a nice post stick for reaching high on your house and cleaning mop that I bought separate is good for cleaning the house attaches to the pool! There is one problem Home Depot sells the pole and the mop pad for the same job for $29.99 so I think you were a little over Price. I’m thinking about returning them both.?

Perfect for painting, very sturdy and good if you have limited space as it’s also quite compact so great for hallways.

Na paar keer verven is de verleng paal kapot gegaan nog en paar keer geprobeerd om hem weer inelkaar te zetten. Helaas is dit product niet ontworpen om lang mee te gaan. Weggooit geld dus

Recently purchased the DIY Detail brand Perfectly Safe Brush - Head Only (Australia). Prior to getting it I'd checked U.S sites for the type of screw thread it had & U.S Standard 3/4" ACME popped up a lot. I didn't wan't to take the chance Australian "Universal" in our hardware stores would be identical (google didn't think it was) so purchased this Bates Extension pole 1.4ft - 3ft which had to come from the U.S. Although the description for it didn't state Standard US or ACME, it was the correct thread & screwed on securely. The Pole diameter is excellent & feels sturdy in use. Delivery was a lot faster than quoted. This length pole allows me to reach just over half way on my Forester roof.
