Power supply must support voltage
A very import but non-obvious point about these boards is that the power supply you use must support the given voltage. This is mentioned in the description but it wasn't clear to me until re-reading after trying to get a board to output 12v. I tried 3 different cables (all attached to different power supplies) and only one of them output 12v with the 12v resistor soldered. Make sure that your given power supply supports the voltage you are looking for or use a buck converter or other circuitry to ensure the correct voltage. Hope this helps someone!

The best little board on the interwebs
These work beautifully. They deliver up to 120 watts when drawing 20 volts. I have used these to convert all my old electronics to USB power/charging and they work flawlessly. They fit perfectly into 3/8th of an inch shrink tubing and have not seen a one of these things fail.even after nearly a year of service. But I implore you. Please be aware your USB hub or charger may not be able to deliver all the voltages this board can negotiate. You will need to test your charger with this board to see if the voltage out is correct. The voltage could be too low with particular chargers, which can damage your devices. This is not this boards fault. Please just do due diligence and double check all voltages before you plug things in to your expensive electronics. I have attached a picture of the board used in a small project. They are small and discreet and can seemlessly be placed inside of a power cord.

Read the specs. Watch a video. USBC-PD is confusing.
USB-C PD is confusing. If you don’t get the trigger voltage, you were looking for make sure the device you’re plugged into offers the voltage that you’re looking for to be triggered. These are great for powering projects, but if the trigger voltage you are trying to achieve is not available from the device you were trying to achieve it from you might get a different voltage. Down the road somebody could use a cheap cord or an insufficient battery bank and the device will not work properly. You have to plug it into a device that is also capable of USB-C power delivery for it to work 100% correctly. I bought a pack of 12 V presets. A lot of of laptop, chargers, and USB-C chargers don’t offer 12 V so I would get 9 V.

Decent USB-C PD Board for Hobby
Low power noise and very easy to use. Do note that there's a tiny shunt on one of the pads you will have to desolder to change the voltage that is a miniature black square and blends in with the PCB. The voltage can easily be set by soldering the pads between the resistor of the voltage you want to the pad next to it, so it's very intuitive. It works well, despite mediocre build quality, and is small enough to fit in many projects!
