At this point I have not noticed any results. I was also surprised by the claim to restore hair color. I have not seen any indication of that yet either. As with other hair growth supplements, results vary greatly from person to person. The pills are easy enough to swallow. The container says to take three capsules, 1 time daily. However in the product page it says, "For optimal absorption, take 3 capsules throughout the day." This is a little confusing as well. I have been taking them individually throughout the day. I am still on the fence about whether or not I want to continue purchasing this.
