Definitely noticeable difference
Very good quality product. I actually felt the difference from my old brand to these. Eating a plant based meat and dairy free diet I use these aminos on my weight lifting days. I’m able to maintain muscle and strength. Being 58yrs I’ve noticed these really help recovery. The difference between these vs my last brand make the extra cost worth it.

Strange & Concerning Surprise Inside Bottle
Half way through my bottle I found one capsule wrapped in a square plastic sheet. I will not be ordering this again, and am taking the capsule to a lab to get it analyzed.

Can't say they worked!!
I took the recomended dosage and followed the instructions but I am not sure I noticed a difference while using them but it would be nice if they didn't have magnesium stearate as a filler.

Why fillers? And very bad ones yikes! look up side effects to them.
