Why do you keep shipping this to me? Plus I can’t return it!!!!!!

As long as you’re not billed, keep the candy. Save it for Halloween treats if you don’t want to eat it yourself.

What does "free cold pack" mean? mine didn't come with one, and i got a melted mess.

It was 2 soft “frozen” jell packs, they had thawed when I got them. But luckily the candy was ok. I have ordered before and it comes in dry ice. But it all depends on the company. I don’t understand with it being 80-95 degrees why they aren’t shipping it now with dry ice.
