I’ve thought about getting a robot litter box for a couple of years but didn’t know if it would live up to the hype of online ads. Finally decided to grab this one since my mom is getting a bit older and it can be hard for her to keep up with daily cat litter cleanings on her back. So so glad we went for it, this box is amazing. It essentially runs silent, doesn’t take up more square footage than it needs to, and the cats immediately adapted. Even just during setup they were curious and interested in coming to take a look. The app is easy to use to setup custom settings like how long after a cat uses the box you want it to clean, and you can even adjust the interior lighting. I was a bit concerned about safety for the cats after reading some headlines a couple of years back from some other discount boxes bought online, I have NO concerns here about anything going wrong, the quality and sensitivity of the sensors on the box immediately stop the box from clearing if anything enters the opening of the box, or even if you’re cleaning out the bin so it doesn’t make a mess. I’m overall overjoyed with my purchase and would recommend this to any and all cat owners, worth every dollar just for the fact I don’t have to worry about odors lingering in my house when a guest comes over if I didn’t get around to cleaning the box.

When I finally gave in and was willing to spend the money on an automatic litter box I spent hours looking for the best quality for price. I truly was so excited to receive this machine. I was thankful that neither my kids nor I would have to deal with cleaning the litter box so often. I regret ever purchasing it. It looks great and worked well, until my 3 cats began using it. One cat was afraid of it- so technically we only had two cats using it while the other used another regular litter box we have. There was and is ALWAYS AN ISSUE. There’s always a sensor messed up or a paused cleaning leaving the pee and poop exposed making my house smell AWFUL. Not to mention that due to it turning there is poop smeared all over the insides and on the built in “scooper” itself. It’s disgusting. I am so unhappy with this purchase. I tried to wait it out, using different types and amounts of litter to see if that would help with the poop smears all on the inside- nothing gives. We purchased a good old fashioned litter box and will go back to having two regular litter boxes- and scooping daily. I would give zero stars if possible.

This automatic litter box has truly transformed the way I manage cat care in my home. From the moment it arrived, setup was a breeze—clear instructions, a few quick steps, and it was ready to go. While it took a short adjustment period for my cat, she’s now fully on board and seems to prefer it over the old box. I love how it cuts down on odor and helps keep things clean when I’m not around or fall behind on scooping. The unit is impressively quiet, and although it’s a bit larger than I expected, it fits just fine and doesn’t feel bulky. The waste drawer is easy to access, and even though the bags took a little getting used to, it’s still user-friendly. The design is sleek, the color-changing lights are a fun bonus, and the safety features give me peace of mind. While it’s a bit of an investment, the time and money saved on litter make it completely worth it. I’m genuinely considering getting a second one—it’s made that much of a difference.

December 2025: the reviews are right. It just stops working for no reason at month 6. I dont know what to do. I've had to reset this thing a few times and now nothing I do is working. The lights wont stop blinking and it wont even out. $300+ is not worth 6 months of use. June 2025: I've only had this litterbox for 2 weeks and so far so good! What I've had to do for now, with 3 cats, is turn off the auto clean to get them used to using it instead of putting it on auto. The cleaning scared them after they had already used it, so they stopped using it. This has made a huge difference and its really helped, now all 3 use it! Cleaning is super easy. Even with all 3 using it regularly, we only have to clean out the tray about once a week. We will likely be getting another one. It is pretty large, so if you have smaller cats, it might be difficult for them to get in it. Very easy to use as well, the app is pretty straightforward. Overall, for the price of this one compared to others, I'm glad we gave it a shot. We'll worth it. I guess we will see as time goes on!

I’ve been using this Litter Box for a few weeks now, and it has been a great experience so far. It cleans itself just minutes after my cat uses it, and I haven’t had to scoop once since setting it up. The setup was easy, the app works great (especially helpful when I’m away), and the whole unit runs so quietly I barely notice it. It holds a good amount of waste which I only had to replace it every week or so. The odor control is surprisingly effective, and the included mat helps catch loose litter. My only small complaint is the entrance could be a bit bigger, so that larger cats might feel more freely. Also, it took a bit of digging to figure out where to buy replacement waste bags. But overall, for the price, it’s packed with smart features, safety sensors, and just makes life easier.

9 months of having two of these I can give a true review. I have 4 indoor cats and 2 automatic boxes helped a lot! Everything worked well for a good couple months but then the lights on the front started to not turn on, not a huge deal. The inside tunnel turner started to get stuck, even after doing monthly deep cleaning them. Litter capacity is great, I do think it’s plenty enough in there for a good week in a half with 4 cats. The whole container of the litter box weight is not heavy at all, which I love then I can easily move around them if I need to. Assembling it was extremely easy! BUT after 9 months, I wouldn’t suggest these boxes to someone who has more than 1 or 2 cats unfortunately. My 11-13lb kittens (11 months old) barely fit in them comfortably now. So now after almost a year, I will be looking for more of an open wide automatic litter box instead of an enclosure.

It’s been a few days since I started using the self-cleaning litter box, and I’m very happy with the purchase. The noise level is totally fine—it runs quietly, and I don’t notice any sound at all during the night. The odor control is excellent. My home no longer smells like a litter box. Most importantly, my cats love it! They started using it right away without any hesitation, and the automatic cleaning keeps the box spotless after every use. I also love the smart app—it’s surprisingly useful. It even logs weight information, which helps me keep an eye on their health. It’s nice to get updates and see patterns over time. Overall, this litter box has made life so much easier for both me and my cats. It’s quiet, clean, and smart—definitely worth every penny. Highly recommended!

UPDATE MARCH 2026: Would not recommend. I bought two boxes and one became non functional two months after use with consistent errors identifying the anti pinch mechanism was being triggered despite no trigger being present. No amount of cleaning or resetting fixed the issue. Thankfully Amazon did let me return the defective machine. They’re too expensive to have such significant issues. We just received these and I bought them “Used like new” to save a bit of money. I bought two because my cats refuse to share a litter box and both came used with bonus litter confetti.. one did have all the parts including the mat however the other one did not have the mat included. In addition to the litter confetti (gross..) both machines were consequently covered in litter dust requiring cleaning before assembly and have enough scuff marks on the parts to assume both boxes engaged in a round of fistacuffs with their previously assigned cats.. Those delightful details aside, I’d also recommend buying a little step stool or steps because they do have a bit of height to them and sit kind of high off the ground. I downloaded the app and that part of the set up was fairly straightforward and assembling the boxes was thankfully painless once they were cleaned off. I’ll circle back to update this review as time passes.
