Saffron is good for constipation
Open the capsule mixed with lemon juice, drink on an empty stomach, which is great for constipation, and increases the blood circulation of the whole body. Good price, great Saffron. I recommend it highly. Linda Y.

A very good Zen-inducer.
A friend recommended this since they know I've needed a little extra chillout amongst my supplements, and being on Saffron for a good while now really helps stay in kind of a zen state the majority of the time. This product has helped a ton.

Effective in somethings
I like the supplement and have ordered it twice. I have definitely felt a difference in my sleep quality and overall better mood. I am not quite sure about improvement in pain relief or anxiety. Capsules are not small but not very big either. They dont have any smell or taste. I like that one bottle is good for 90 days and is quite reasonably priced.

Take With Caution
Ordered for the praise it’s receiving for energy elevation. After 2 days taking it I fell into a serious funk, super depressed and tired. Kept taking for a few more days and didn’t feel better. Thought maybe it had to do with the saffron so I stopped taking it. Felt like my regular self in a couple days, thankfully. No telling what would have happened if I kept taking it. I was not in a very good place. My warning is this…do not take this unsupervised if you’re on a prescribed antidepressant. It could potentially undo a lot of hard professional and personal work on your road to mental health.

Reasonably priced
I have begun taking Saffron as attempt to prevent worsening of my macular degeneration. I am very much a proponent of natural healing and read where this had helped some individuals. The cost is very reasonable and there have been no problems with it arriving on time.
