Wow, what a revelation. I love this stuff. I have been swallowing 4 horse pills every night and those days are over thanks to this pure liquid magnesium. My experience after a couple of months is that it is absolutely absorbed quicker and better. I'm dozing off in a half hour and it has been very gentle on my digestive system. I put it under my tongue and leave it there for a few minutes, then swallow. Taste is fine for the small amount you're taking. The dropper doesn't work very well so I take two "doses" to be sure to get one full dose. No going back to pills for me.

Highly recommend
Works great! A little tart tasting, but sweet too. Works quickly, I'm sleepy in about 15 minutes. However, I use this in conjunction with L-theanine, so I don't know how it works alone. But give it a try, I'm willing to bet that it at least relaxes you, which is it's intended purpose, anyway.

Magnesium glycinate
If you suffer severe leg cramps as do I and your Dr. has suggested you take magnesium glycinate for that, then I recommend you take this very effective product. It's all natural and helps me with softening my bowels. Excellent product!

Taste is ok. Convenient. Many droplets left inside of the dropper...questionable volume delivery.

Have Repurchased Several Times for My Boys!
I’ve purchased these several times now and they’ve become a regular part of our routine. I give them to all 4 of my boys, and I’ve personally noticed improvements in overall mood, relaxation, and sleep quality. One of my 11-year-old twins especially seems much calmer and more emotionally balanced when consistently taking these. I originally started looking into magnesium glycinate because I had heard it could help support relaxation and sleep, and I’ve honestly been really happy with the results. The liquid drops are easy to use, and I like that it’s simpler than trying to get kids to swallow pills. The formula also seems gentle on the stomach compared to some other magnesium products we’ve tried. Definitely something I plan to keep repurchasing for our family!

No Dosage Mark
Took over a month to get to us. Arrival date kept getting changed. The dropper with the bottle has no markings on it at all, so you have no idea where the 1ml is in order to take the correct dosage. That is something that definitely needs to be addressed...
