Great product
Bought this for my son because he wanted to make his own ones squishies and it was very easy for him to use. The instructions are simple and the squishies came out exactly like the ones we bought for more than half this price and he was even able to make about 6 of them

Easy for kids to use
My 9 year old loves making squishes with this. We happen to have some silicone molds and this actually made quite a few.

Missing flocking fibers and bear mold
This review is for the Silicone for Taba Squishy Kit. I would have given more stars if the kit actually came with everything it said it would. The kit I received was missing the bear mold (which was the thing I was most excited about). It was also missing the flocking. The kit was easy to use -- just need to mix the parts A and B together in equal quantities. It is slow to set so there is plenty of time to mix well and I didn't feel rushed at all. Demolding from the paw was pretty easy. It is very sticky initially but after some handling it gets better. I think it would have been good to try the flocking to help with the stickiness but oh well. I would have probably purchased again since my daughter had such a good time creating her own squishy but my confidence has been shaken on if it would actually come with all the components.

It’s fun to make it at home
This could be cheaper but it is fun to have, overall. The set comes wrapped in a yellow mailing envelope, and as such it would need to be re-wrapped if given as a gift. The set contains everything needed to make silicone squishes at home, but the only mold included is a small cat paw (no teddy)The selection of items inside seems quite random to me, I mean I don’t make sense of the number of mixing sticks, cups, and such at all…The colours offered are timble sized and dollar store quality. The silicone components yield good squishy sticky compound, yay! The ratio mix is 1 to 1.My kids had a lot of fun with this set, we are very pleased with the sticky squishy paws, and now we look for a bigger set to have the giant taba and the giant moldRecommendedThank you

Not as nice as it looked
It was a birthday gift for my granddaughter so I was really disappointed when it came just packed in plastic bags. It looked like it would be a gift set. My mistake!! Wouldn’t buy again.

Fun craft for a variety of ages, instructions could be better
This is a fun kit. This kit comes with 3 silicone moulds (bear, paw print and fish), silicone mixtures, mixing containers, measuring containers, gloves, stir sticks, paint, storage bags, bags for adding the fur, and bags of the faux fur. The instructions are on the back and are very basic and not the most helpful. There are enough supplies to make these multiple times over, I haven’t finished it yet but we’ve made 6 so far and have only used about half of each bottle. We stared out by painting the details into the silicone moulds for the paw print and mixed white paint in with the silicone mixture and poured it into the mould. For the purple bear we kept it simpler and just mixed the purple paint in the silicone mixture and poured it into the bear mould. I removed the bear after 2 hours and I should have left it a little longer as it was difficult to remove from the mould and pulled off some of the silicone. I removed the paw print closer to 3 hours after pouring and it came out of the mould a lot easier but the paint details were still very wet and was messed up being removed from the mould. I ended up wiping the paint off and using an acrylic paint pen to add the details and that worked a lot better. Finally I placed it in a bag with the little fluffy hairs and while they stuck to the paw really well with good coverage, some of the hairs fall off and they stick to everything. What I’ve learned and did differently : the next time I only used the included paint to mix with silicone and not for details as acrylic paint pens work a lot better for the little details. I will not be using any more of the fur as it’s too hard to properly clean up and sticks to everything. I let it sit at least 3 hours before trying to remove from the mould.I have now done this with 12 year olds and a 6 year old. The older ones were able to do it themselves with only basic supervision and while the 6 year old needed more assistance, they were able to do a lot of the steps themselves with the hardest part being waiting for it to set.Overall, this was really fun but the kit needs better instructions and the recommended wait time is too short.
