I've been drinking standard Nuun in its various flavors after workouts for several years. Already familiar with the brand, a couple of years ago I switched from drinking orange juice with my breakfast to drinking this. It has far less sugar and a nice blend of vitamin C with some other vitamins. It's not comprehensive like a multivitamin, but it's great for what it is. I like the taste and it quenches my thirst first thing in the morning. It's purely anecdotal, but I'll say that I've gotten sick once in the last 18 months. How much of that is because of drinking these? Who knows. I expected an immediate six pack within a month of drinking this daily, but alas, that didn't happen. Aw, man! (If Rufus mentions "Six Pack Efficacacy" as a potential attribute, that'll be pretty funny) The only drawbacks: These take a while to dissolve, quite a bit longer than regular Nuun tablets. I'll drop a tablet in a glass and let it dissolve while I make coffee and my breakfast. They also leave a ring of residue on the glass that your family might ask questions about. (Ew, what did you drink?)

Tastes great, disolves fully, portable and convenient, actually works to hydrate and increase immune support. Nuun is my go to brand for hydration and now immune support. Quality product and company, clean ingredients. As a teacher and distance runner, I highly recommend this Nuun immunity hydration tablet!

They don't taste amazing but they're not awful either. It does the trick and I like that it doesn't have any added sugar!

Great electrolytes with the bonus is immunity support. The first one I wasn't sure about the taste, but after that I liked it and drink one everyday!

My family drinks multiple of these a day. The daily ones are great for making sure you get your vitamins and electrolytes, especially in winter when you dont necessarily want to be drinking a lot of water. Only thing is we dont love the citrus flavor, there's just something a little off, or unsatisfying about it.

Great product and great taste. I would recommend to anyone looking at hydrating, especially first thing in the morning.
