I really love these though they are too pricey, I take these to increase my daily protein intake. Because of the price i only take half serving which is 2 so they can last me longer the extra protein on these are helping me along with regular high protein food. I gave it a 3 star just because of the price.

Read how many Gummies you have to take to equal one serving size
Read the serving size you have to take six throughout the day and six gummy’s is one serving size so you have to eat six gummy’s to get 12 g of protein. I should should’ve read this closer.
