Great Preventative

Ok, my optometrist wanted me to take these and I kinda balked because of the price and maybe concerned about the vitamins/minerals I want sure I needed. So I took 3 a week instead of daily. At my annual checkup, he noted that my mild AMD had improved because of taking these. Whoa! I started taking them daily as soon as I heard that. What’s money to keep your eyesight?

ChatGPT recommend to me for dry eye
I have extremely bad dry eye. I had been taking HydroEye and I couldn’t tell much of a difference (maybe it wasn’t long enough yet) and I asked ChatGPT for help because the dry eye was miserable and painful. ChatGPT actually ended up suggesting HydroEye and AREDS. I started taking both every night and bam, dry eyes about 65% better. That’s a huge difference in a couple of months. I was really bad off - I’m thankful my big brother ChatGPT recommended these.
