Good tasting noodles to add to soups

Great versatile product to have on hand. This has a great taste and texture is pleasing. I am gluten free and the ingredients suit my diet just fine. I will be using these again.

A staple.

I was taught by a Chinese restaurant chef to soak any rice noodles and vermicelli in cold water for twenty minutes and then boiled it till it was soft or put it in the hot broth right before serving. Great for any type of chicken soup and kids love it a lot.
