I'm so glad that my husband got me to try these one day. It's the closest thing to ramen noodles I have had for years. I eat them for lunch all of the time. I throw some tofu in some vegetable broth and then these noodles only take 4 minutes to cook. It makes a nice and filling quick little meal.

Used these for my spring rolls, worked great. Awesome thickness, great taste and cooked fast. Couldn’t tell a difference to the restaurant’s noodles compared to these.

I was taught by a Chinese restaurant chef to soak any rice noodles and vermicelli in cold water for twenty minutes and then boiled it till it was soft or put it in the hot broth right before serving.Great for any type of chicken soup and kids love it a lot.
