Entertaining film think Russian Tarzan it’s a Spider-Man villain origin story he was a b list villain in the comics until a great writer gave him his final story mind you he’s been dead and come back about six times since then basically he becomes a bit of a ecological vigilante in this to cancel out his evil his dad puts in the world played by Russell Crowe with over the top gusto gives us a decent version of the rhino that doesn’t look like a zoid toy from the 80s even if your not a nerd like me you’ll enjoy this

Not bad as such, but could have been so much better.
This film drew me in with its undoubtedly exhilarating opening sequence, but unfortunately, after that, it began to fall apart. A lot of this comes down to poor editing. Some of this was substantive (one moment he's packing his bags in sunlight, the next on a ledge at night), almost no examination of the nature of the protagonist's newfound powers, where did the bear come from, etc., but much was about pacing and tone, which was often uneven and choppy, this breaking up mood. One got the impression that the original draft was much longer and they sought to cut it down at a late stage. As a consequence, there was a strong sense of potential missed: not bad as such, but could have been so much better.

It's where Marvel is at the moment.
It's another film that has the potential to be a good series but it seemed to miss the mark for me. It feels rushed. Everything about Kraven has been thrown at the viewer, with no time to really get to know the character. I gave it 5 stars because the actors did the job they were asked and they did it well and the plot was interesting but I know that in a few weeks, I will have forgotten quite a lot about it and I probably won't watch it again for a long, long time. It seems to be the same with a lot of the Marvel films at the moment. I think they are trying too hard.
