It works great and seamlessly integrates with iPhone via Bluetooth. Unlike other models the data transfer worked every time without any hassle. Easy two-person data collection. The app is very good and intuitive and very clean interface. Accuracy is supposed to be good but will check against my doctor’s readings soon. Very happy with it.

This is the model my Cardiologist’s office recommends to all their patients. It has proven to be very accurate when compared to the professional models in the doctor’s office. I like that it detects AFib and can take 3 consecutive readings within a few minutes to give you an average blood pressure reading; this is an optional setting, if desired. It’s easy to use, the cuff is very comfortable, and I like the large display a lot. It can be used by multiple people and keeps their readings separate, plus it syncs with the OMRON app so I can keep track of patterns and trends in my readings over time.

This is a helluva nice machine that gets great reviews, has great features, and is very easy to use. The warranty is unbeatable at 6 years on the machine and 1 year on the cuff. Compared it to the machine at my docs office and it was on the mark. My doc was familiar with this particular one and said it was one of the best on the market. The app works excellent and is also easy to use. My only regret is the seller put a $10 coupon upon checkout shortly after I bought this one so I missed out on that.

Love this blood pressure machine! My dr said I needed to keep track of my blood pressure after I was diagnosed with POTS & hEDS. Especially when trying new meds, she gave me a list of appropriate and approved blood pressure machines and this was my first pick and I definitely recommend it to anyone who need to monitor their blood pressure as well. It comes in a great case which makes it easy to pack whenever I leave the house and it’s super easy to use. It also keeps track of your last few readings that saved memory is helpful and you can set it up for more than one user. Its Bluetooth connectivity allows the info to be sent to my phone. It’s a good size and durable and definitely worth the money!

I have used Omron BPMs for over 7 years and find them first class. HOWEVER, I recently bought their Platinum model with Afib detection. Once the unit I have detects Afib (which I have BTW) it won't display BP reading. It gives a message to see your doc about Afib. I have not been able to find a workaround for this. What good is a BPM if it won't give you results. The unit cycles through the three-measurement cycle per normal. It synchs to the APP, NP! It just won't give me any BP readings. Frustrating, to say the least. Has anyone else run into this? Is the solution staring me in the face and I just can't see it?

Nice BP monitor. I like that it shows the previous BP reading along with the current reading. Easy to use. Sometimes systolic reading is high compared to physician office machine.

ATTENTION people with Afib! If you already know that you have Afib, this Blood Pressure Monitor may not be for you. I bought because I needed a good on for my sister, who I already know has Afib. I got it in the mail two days ago, and have attempted to get her Blood pressure five times over those two days. Each and every time the device says "Afib", but does not give a Blood pressure reading, nor a heart rate. The instruction manual states that Afib causes an unreliable reading, so it won't show one. So I called the Omron company to ask for recommendations on which models would give readings. Now onto people without Afib. This is a fantastic monitor otherwise. I like the backlit screen, so you can see it in dimly lit areas. The motor is quiet. It comes in a nice zippered case, with handle, for.easy portablility. And unlike some other reviewers, I did receive the ac adapter. The ad said it was included in the box, so if it says it is supposed to be there, why accept anything less? All in all a very good Blood pressure monitor, but should come with the advanced notice that if you are currently experiencing Afib, you will not get a BP or heart rate reading.

Highly rated on many medical websites . Comes with a convenient carrying case . For something as important as blood pressure you want to be able to rely on your readings . This machine is more expensive then some but after researching, found it to be in the “top ten” reliable blood pressure monitors on multiple sites . I am happy with my purchase

Wow. "Buy Right, Pay Once." To be fair, it's the first time I've used one of these, but it strikes me as a brilliant machine supported by a flawless app. Everything about it feels like reliable top quality - exactly what I want in a home-use medical instrument. Bothers me a tiny bit the Bluetooth stays on at all times even when machine is "off" - notwithstanding new "low energy bluetooth" technology is a very low parasitic draw, I would still feel much better about the batteries if it would just give up after a few minutes for example. You *can* manually turn the Bluetooth off, but it's a bit of a pain to turn back on every time you want to take a reading (especially if daily), so not worth the effort and I now just leave the Bluetooth on, as it is by default. Overall - spectacular machine, just one very (very) minor tech-nerd type annoyance. Highly recommended for up to 2 users who would like to track their BP and HR at home.

If you are suffering from afib, DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!!! I bought this for my husband specifically because he suffers from afib. The packaging and description say "the device detects the appearance of irregular heartbeats during measurement and gives a warning signal with readings." This is categorically FALSE! It does detect afib BUT when it does, it will not provide any blood pressure readings or pulse rate. It's COMPLETELY USELESS for anyone suffering with afib!
