I’m writing this review after finishing an entire jar. I was skeptical at first because I have used similar products in the past without any results. The first two weeks I didn’t feel anything; nothing was moving, but on the 3rd week I started to feel a little discomfort so I stopped using it twice a day. As soon as I made the adjustment, things started to move and I finally got the results I needed, I’m very happy that I gave it time to work. I’m convinced that this product will continue to work for me, so I started a monthly subscription. The flavor tastes very good and the product blends well with cold water using a hand mixer/whisk. I use it only once a day because it’s working that well.

This is a great fiber supplement! I like that this encourages me to drink more water daily. That alone helps curb appetite. It was fresh when I opened the container. It mixed into my water very well. I used a measuring teaspoon and a small funnel to pour it in my bottled water. I really loved the fruity taste it had. It effectively prevented bloating discomfort as well as the desire to snack or overeat a meal. I do find the price to be a little bit much for just a 10 day supply, but it is worth trying to see the benefits. I would love to see an option for a 30 servings container.

Delicious and effective. This tastes more like a mocktail than a fiber supplement. The color is so pretty and it’s definitely a whole vibe. More importantly than that is, I actually felt like it de bloated me within half an hour like it says. I loved it so much I shared with my sister. She also purchased.

Hum's Flatter Me Fiber GLP-1 Booster in Strawberry Lemon has a great taste. It's not overly tart like some lemonades. It dissolves easily in 16 oz water and I like to drink it with my dinner. Since it says it helps curb appetite, taking it with dinner seems to help me with late night cravings. It is noticeable and I don't reach for something that'll wreck my diet goals. Probably because one serving has 9 grams of fiber and I feel full. What I really like about it is the amount of digestive enzymes and herbal blend. Before I tried Hum, I was taking a digestive enzyme supplement with almost the same proprietary ingredients. The other perks are it's Clean Label Project Certified, NON-GMO Verified and RD Nutritionist formulated. A lot of supplements don't claim all that! As for the debloating, I think it helps quite a bit. I don't notice any side effects. The only downside is it doesn't come with a little pre-measured spoon and it's only 10 servings per container. That could be very pricey over a month.

I never know how these powders will taste or how well they will dissolve, but this one is good and dissolves well. I don't think it has helped with feeling bloated, but it has curbed my appetite. It also was not a 10 day thing. I only got 7 days out of it and I used a measuring teaspoon! I would love to try a longer period of time but at that price for just 7 days, I don't think I will be going forward. 5 stars for taste 2 stars for price

I purchased this after seeing it all over the internet. The taste was great, and the powder dissolved easily, which I really liked. However, I didn’t notice any difference when it came to reducing bloating. Overall, it’s pleasant to use, but the results weren’t there for me.

Hum Flatter Me Fiber strawberry lemonade flavor have a pleasant taste. I followed the 4 tsp with 16 Fl oz of water with only 10 servings. It seem to mix well with cold and room temperature water. This product did curb my appetite throughout the day ,but didn't get no urge to go to the bathroom. There was no side effects for me. .
