This massager is so good at what it was designed for. My wife loved how it massaged her upper back and shoulders. She used it everyday. It hasn't even been 8 weeks and it stopped working. I believe the cord/transformer burned out. There is no power. Extremely disappointing as this was a game changer for my wifes chronic neck and muscle pain. Definitely spend the extra for an extended warranty you will need it. We are hoping we can get another one that lasts longer. We will keep you up to date on how things work out.

Works really well. Just a tip you can adjust the pressure spending on how tightly you hold it. I like to use it on my neck, shoulders, and whole back! I used to get a massage every week and this has saved me so much money

I just received it today. I used massager right away and loved it. I don’t know that the heat option actually works or if it’s just really subtle. It would be very nice if it did or if the heat was more prominent. The massage itself is wonderful. I have such horrible build up of tension, tightness, and knots. Some reviews mentioned that it was too hard or painful but I wonder if it’s actually because of the amount of tightness, tension, and knots that are present in the body. I’ve come to learn that massages can feel painful if there is too much build up. It was painful but the pain went away after getting it all out. It worked so well on my neck, shoulders, and base of the head. I think the pressure and speed was good. I can feel the relief and I think over time I will be able to feel more relief. I think it’s most comfortable when you’re using it lying down on a hard flat surface eg: floor. I still need to find my finesse using it sitting upright to use it on my back. Lying down using it on my back isn’t it.

Rollers are big and powerful and the adjustments help to fine tune what I’m looking for in my pain relief. The added heat is hot enough to feel great without the sweating

This is the best at home/ portable massager I have ever used. I have spent a lot of money on massages, hydro massage and fancy massage chairs and this is by far the best. With a manual massage costing close to $80 in my location this has more than paid for itself in the first week. I use it daily and it really has helped make my entire body more relaxed and less pain. It is so easy to use, even my husband can do it!

I slept weird one night and have had so much pain for days. Bought this on a whim for relief and nearly instantly (5 min) I feel so much better. Even if it poops out in a month the $35 is already worth it to me. Kinda awkward to put on at first, but it is definitely working/ worth it for a quick fix.

Massager part works pretty good. But the "heat" function is nonexistent. Also, the cord that connects to it to plug into the wall is so short. Not sure if I'll keep this or not.

The neck and back massage was amazing! My upper back hurt (more than usual) after I moved furniture. This relieved the tension while offering gentle motion, which ended the pain. It's amazing!

Amazing and worth the money .... feels like human knuckles massaging ... would highly recommend!
