Wow- installing this screen protector was astonishingly easy. The set includes a tray that aligns directly over the device to ensure alignment on top & bottom. I gently pressed it off the tray and to the switch - and done! No smoothing out bubbles, no repositioning after. Perfect. I'm so impressed! This fit my Nintendo Switch 2 perfectly. The pack includes two screen protectors. I chose the transparent (not the matte), and I think it looks perfect - I can barely tell I even have a screen protector on it.

I'll start by admitting that I am a longtime non-fan of screen protectors. Every time I try to use them I get bubbles, dust, anxiety and a general headache from trying to apply them properly. I tried before with the Switch 1 and failed twice and gave up. With my shiny new Switch 2, I decided to give it another go. Luckily the process is greatly improved though I did run into some trouble again. After wiping and cleaning the screen I applied the bracket after peeling the film coating off. The bracket frame design is really helpful with the top clearly labeled and made a huge difference. I pressed down and the screen was applied nicely. But to my horror, some tiny dust and hair had found the slightest opportunity to intrude on the edges so I had a few small bubbles. Luckily the kit includes some handy dust tape strips so I carefully lifted a corner of the screen protector and was able to surgically extract the tiny dust threads which cleared the bubbles. The only evidence that remains is a tiny speck in the corner where I had to lift it up to get the dust. I could probably remove it if I tried but it's more than good enough for me and invisible most of the time and luckily only on the outer bezel. Now if someone like me can successfully apply the protector, there is surely hope for other former screen protector haters. I'm very happy to report that there are no bubbles, no screen color or clarity degradation, no touch sensitivity lost, and my underlying screen feels well protected. I wish Nintendo just applied one at the factory with an easy replacement process but this went much better than I had expected. I'm so glad that the process has been streamlined and improved so much, I can easily recommend these screen protectors.

I have messed with some screen protectors in my time but this one is the ultimate. Incredibly easy from go. The layout is perfect with all the materials you need but by far, the best part is the rigid frame. Unlike other kits, the frame on this is the perfect size and leaves no room for error in placement (unlike others that crinkle or flop around). Has instructions but even comes with a QR code link to a YouTube video that lets you SEE what needs to be done….visuals for me, go a long way. That way before you even start, you’re prepared to see what steps are involved. Only 1 bubble when done which was easily resolved with one touch. Less than 5 minutes and it was ready to go. I was impressed and so glad I picked this one out. Fully confident my system is protected now.

Super easy to install and hardly noticeable. Very smooth. Package includes everything you need with easy instructions. Good quality. Fits the S2 perfectly.

I really like this screen protector, especially because of the auto alignment. The installation was much easier than trying to line up a screen protector by hand. The alignment frame made it simple to get everything positioned correctly without having to keep lifting it up and starting over. Once it was on, the screen still looked clear and the touch screen worked normally. I also like that the protector does not take away from the look of the screen or make it feel different when using the Nintendo. The biggest thing for me is the installation. If you have ever struggled with getting a screen protector straight or ending up with it slightly off center, the alignment system makes a noticeable difference. It was quick, straightforward, and gave me a much cleaner result. Overall, this is a good option if you want a screen protector that is easy to install and takes the guesswork out of alignment!

I've installed a lot of screen protectors over the years, and this was one of the easiest ones I've used. The installation system made it really simple to get everything lined up, and it fit my Switch 2 perfectly on the first try. The matte finish was the main reason I bought it, and I'm happy to say it doesn't make the screen look blurry or washed out. The display still looks great while also helping cut down on glare and fingerprints. The protector itself feels high quality and doesn't feel cheap once it's installed. My only minor complaint is that it comes with two protectors. I only needed one, so I'm not really sure what I'll do with the second one. It would've been nice if there were a single-pack option for people who don't need a backup. Overall though, I'm really happy with it. Easy installation, perfect fit, and a quality matte finish that doesn't take away from the picture. I'd definitely recommend it.

I'm going to start this review by saying if you have any issues regarding installation, or just general product issues with this, follow the QR/website they provide on the warranty card in the box. The first set of these I bought had a notable issue with air bubbles, and adhesive not staying affixed to the switch. I ended up trying to get support by following the link amazon provided, but it seems to be an older site that is not used anymore, as despite two inquiries I got nothing back from the supposed 24 hour response team. Though the brand is amFilm, you want to go to TECHMatte's website listed on the support card. The warranty is pretty generous, you can get up to two replacements per order, so if your amazon purchase doesn't work, no need to buy another. I got a response within a day, and shipping of a replacement in two, and if the replacement has issues theoretically you can still get 1 more replacement on top of that. Figured id start off with this since Ive seen reviews of people buying like 3/4 of these when you can save some money instead. As for the actual product, I watched like 10+ different switch 2 reviews to find the ideal protector. This one seems to have one of the higher crack protectiveness from impact, and its "easier" to install than a protector with no guide rails. The matte finish gives it a very premium look on top of it, and it does help cut down glare/reflections so you can have less to cringe at when the screen fades black in ACNH and you see your neck rolls. It doesn't cut out all light/reflections however, so don't expect it to work miracles. It does also seem to have a oil-phobic coating like most new phone screens have on them, so there will be finger prints, but less overall than using the screen bare. Just keep in mind that its not going to last forever, especially if you're like me and have oilier skin than average. Now I want to address what I put in quotes earlier, the "easier" installation. While this is certainly "easier" than putting on a screen protector with no guide, its 100% not a fool proof design. The guide applicator is a much tighter fit than you expect, and because of that it feels easy to align, but then you'll realize its not perfectly on at all. Chock it up to user error, but I had issues with all 3 of the ones Ive used so far, so its definitely a pain point for me. I also found that the provided microfiber leaves a lot of microscopic dust on the screen, so the included screen sticker isn't a option, its a must use if you've wiped it with said cloth. I would also personally recommend using the "Hot steamy bathroom" trick for these screen protectors, just google it if you don't know what I mean. All in all however despite the issues I personally have, I do recommend this just based off of the tests I watched, and the good warranty/support. The price point isn't awful either. I would probably give this kit 3 stars if support wasn't so kind however, as like I have said, its not hard to mess up the application.

The absolute best screen protector brand Ive used. I used to work for a tech company, and one of my everyday jobs, that they unfortunately made me charge for, was putting on screen protectors. I’ve put on so many at this point that Ive lost count. (Including all the installs Ive done for myself, family, and friends.) Ive had my fair share of different brands, and I have to say this was the easiest and best quality of all of them. The price point is incredible for what you get, too. Search no further. This is the best for sure. My tips: -Have everything prepared. The enemy of screen protector application is dust/hair. Have your tray facing down, right next to your device. You don’t want to completely flip it over and rustle up dust. Have it in the correct position (sticky/film side down), so you can just shift it over and peel off the film from underneath. -APPLY IN NATURAL DAYLIGHT. Don’t apply screen protectors in a lit room, or at night. Use natural daylight. Go next to a window. -TURN OFF YOUR FAN. Once again, dust and hair are the enemy. -Throw out the dust stickers. Theyre useless. They make more dust settle and move around. Use only the wet wipe, and the little glass cloth it comes with. -I kind of touched on this. But I’m going to say it again, for any application, never ever EVER flip the tray/ screen protector over after peeling the film. Biggest mistake I see is peeling the film and flipping that screen protector over to put on your device. Keep it sticky side down always. Steps to a perfect application: 1. Go next to a window with natural lighting. Do not apply at night or in a room with an overhead light. Dust particles and hair can be hard to see. Turn off any fans, if there are any present. 2.Prepare your tray. Keep it film/sticky side down, make sure the tray is in the right position (we want it aligned to just shift over) Keep the tray very close and right next to the Switch. I like to keep mine to the right of my device. 3. Open your little packet of application supplies. Ditch the dust stickers. Take out the wet wipe and the glass cloth. 4. Wipe thoroughly with the wet wipe. Immediately after wipe down with the glass cloth. 5. Check, double check, and triple check that there are NO visible dust particles or hair. Use the glass cloth to gently wipe away anything you see. Try to move quickly and carefully. 6. When your Switch looks clear, slowly grab the tray, position above the Switch, and quickly peel the step 1 sticker from underneath.(Right hand holds the tray closely above the Switch. The left hand reaches underneath and peels the film off.) 7. After removing the film, quickly place the tray down on the Switch, and press a line from one side to the other. It should seal itself. 8. Peel up the plastic tray, and use the glass cloth to rub the entirety of the screen to make sure it is thoroughly on there. 9. Marvel at your beautiful work. If done correctly, there should be no dust or hair underneath, no air bubbles because you don’t have any trapped dust/hair, and it should be perfectly aligned. I hope this helps some people out there get it on their first try! Have fun with your Switch 2!:)

I have always been a bit hopeless at putting on screen protectors and usually end up with at least one annoying bubble or a piece of dust trapped right in the middle. This OneTouch kit from amFilm is a total game changer for the new Switch. The alignment tool makes it basically impossible to mess up; you just clean the screen, pop the tray over the console, and it seats itself perfectly in seconds. The glass itself is crystal clear and doesn't seem to affect the touch sensitivity at all which was my main worry for handheld play. It feels nice and smooth under the thumb and the oleophobic coating actually does a decent job of keeping those greasy fingerprints at bay. It is a massive relief to have that 9H protection on such a big screen without the usual headache of a manual application. If you have just picked up the Switch 2 and want peace of mind, this is the one to get.
