Air Plant Holder

Love this I bought this in the past and still have it he's holding my air plans perfectly and are able to fit a good amount on the screen as well. It's a great piece as well for a talking point. It doesn't weigh much so easy to handle it's great for a gift it's very sturdy and great value for the money. We're definitely buy again and

Must have for multiple plants.

This is a really good and cute idea for displaying airplants... I put most of mine in it. The grid is wire and the larger plants stay in the very well, but the smaller ones fall out. I tied some twine across some of the squares to make them smaller and that seems to work for them. Also the grid is wire and with all the water misting I do, I'm afraid its going to rust. It has not rusted yet. It would be better if it was made with fishing line and some of the squares were smaller, but its a very clever and convenient way to keep and display medium to larger airplants. I would recommend this, with the cautioning that small plants can fall out and then the cat gets them.

Fabulous find. I couldn't be happier with this Air Plant frame. They are perfect little additions in my kitchen window. As people have stated the openings on the frame are a little bit large (1 x 1)..... Simple solution....I wrapped thin green flower wire around each existing wire on the frame which makes the openings smaller and the plants are more secure and don't fall out of frame. And to the person that suggested this little trick.... I thank you it worked GREAT. Air Plants also purchased from Amazon. Air plants arrived in perfect condition (see pic of all 10 of them on green paper).......... I am just thrilled. Here is the finished product looking outside my kitchen window. Pretty cool huh

These frames work perfectly for live air plants! The wires are bendable to suit each plants need in order to securely hold it in the frame. The wooden frame itself is deep enough to offer sufficient space for the plants to comfortably rest against the wall. I wish it was offered in different color finishes, but that’s something I can work on myself. It also is not sealed against water. It’s only stained so I’d avoid spraying the plants to hydrate them. Again though, that’s something I plan to work on myself. Overall highly recommend to show off your air plants!

Update: Even though this is lovely, I had to stop using it. As noted below it is too large for small Air Plants & with my medium Air Plants I felt like it was going to damage the leaves. To get the plants to stay I had to wedge the shorter leaves on the root area on the opposite side of the wire. Therefore, when I went to pull plants out to water, it took quite a long time (with so many plants) & was an intricate process to undo the leaves from the wire without damaging them. If you just mist your plants this frame will probably work fine for medium Air Plants. Otherwise, I feel it is a no go. This is a lovely design. The wood color is nice & mine is true to the image shown. The frame/holder looks/seems very well made. The seller gives you the option to hang it from a hemp-like twine (& provide white hooks w/small nails to attach to the wall) or use the sawtooth hangers already applied to back. I didn't care for the hemp twine, simply because it wasn't my taste, so I switched it with Suede Lace by Realeather (via Amazon) & that worked nicely. I do want buyers to be aware that the openings in the wire are really too large for small air plants (Ionantha Mexican & Ionantha Pink). The openings are around 1.75"Wx 1.75"T, give or take a little in each. You can make it work for some small ones, but some of them fall down: if my cat nudges the curtain by jumping in the window sill, or if I have to move the curtains at all. (I have it hung on an S hook on my curtain rod in front of a sheer curtain.) If it is for something a little larger then that works great. Hope this is helpful!

Perfect air plant stand. no guarantees that i can keep them alive but at least they look col in he frame

Frame is smaller than I expected. The materials seem a bit cheap though. Would not buy again.
