Can you use Simple Green, or has anyone used it, to safely clean/degrease an automobile engine bay?

do you mean a engine compartment in a car or engine bay in a garage? i haven't used it for either but it should work on some things. i don't know how well it will work but it is concentrated it may work in a pressure washer. they sell gallon bottles in costco or sams club
