Smart Permanent Vinyl, White (13in x 5ft)

I can’t believe I waited this long to start using Cricut Smart Vinyl! I’ve had my Cricut Maker 3 for years and have always used a Cricut mat with traditional vinyl. I recently had a large project making window decals for a friend’s shop, and several of the decals needed to be longer than my 24-inch mat. That’s what finally convinced me to give Smart Vinyl a try.I was honestly impressed. It’s so much easier working directly from the roll instead of trying to line everything up on a mat. Since it’s one continuous piece, larger projects are much more manageable, and you simply cut off the amount you need from the roll, so there’s very little waste.After using it for this project, I don’t think I’ll be going back to using a mat for most of my future Cricut projects. If you have a Maker 3 or another compatible machine, Smart Vinyl is definitely worth trying!

Great product

This was received in the "new" packaging that Cricut has for their Smart Vinyl. This is a smaller package, cardboard, which is great because it is less space. Of the 5 ft of vinyl I got, only about a foot was usable. The rest of it was garbage - because it was so tightly rolled, just running through my machine caused the vinyl to lift off its backing, this happened in 3 out of 4 of the 12" vinyls I was trying to cut, the only one that was salvageable was the first cut. I wish they would go back to the old packaging, this was a waste of time and money for me.

Cheaper then normal Cricut Smart Permanent Vinyl,a little harder to peel then the normal Cricut Smart Permanent Vinyl.If you need this for a large shape, it's good to use. If you need detailed artwork, use the normal Cricut Smart Permanent Vinyl.

I bought two of these, one was perfect. The other one wasn’t straight on the back layer, it had a airbubble when I opened it. I could not get rid of it. Unfortunately my project was big and the airbubble ruined it.

It cuts cleanly, weeds without much effort, and adheres well to a variety of surfaces including mugs, bottles, and storage containers.The black colour is rich and consistent, giving projects a professional finish. I also like that the roll length provides plenty of material for multiple projects, making it good value for regular Cricut users.Once applied, the vinyl stays firmly in place and has held up well during everyday use. Overall, it's a reliable product that delivers the quality I've come to expect from Cricut. Highly recommended for crafting, labelling, and personalisation projects.
