faster cutting that my crematic rod sharpener esp on harder steels like vg10 or harder pm steels .... use bar keeper to scrub clean

This is really great to keep the knives super sharp. Don't use this to reprofile the edge or expect it to fix a really ragged edge, but hit this just after some Amazon boxes to keep things keen.
