Easy to use where you can just sprinkle it on at the apex of your roof tops and then just let nature go to work. Really a cost effective value and a wonderful solution for mold issues. Estimates of results takes a few weeks and can have a lasting long term durability depending on environmental factors. Found these offered here at a better price than at the local big box hardware store, great value for that DIY maintenance fix!

Usually products work just "OK". I was blown away at how well this product destroyed the moss all over my driveway. It absolutely works. The moss just turned brown and disappeared. Just an amazing product.

Good product be sure to apply on a wet morning when there’s dew on the roof.

This works great on the roof. No need to sweep the roof, which is hard on the shingles. Just sprinkle it on or spray it on and then use the hose to wash off the moss that dies.

This is the first moss remover product that does what it said it would do! I live in a very shaded area and had a green roof from all the moss due to the shade trees. I have tried other products that will kill and remove moss. Those seem like ithey were moss fertilizer. It continued to grow and now thicker. I followed the instructions and removed as much as possible. It still was moss covered only now a thin layer. Sprinkled the product on a dry day and let it sit for the rain to start. One light shower later and now I have a black roof again. This stuff is great!!!

I really wanted to find a zinc based liquid for this moss eradication but since I couldn't I thought I would settle for this. I really needed to apply it with a sprayer as sprinkling the granules seems very impractical for my roof and patio. NOTE: these granules do NOT dissolve easily in cold water! In my first attempt, I mixed them into cold water too fast and they literally turned into large clumps hard as rock!. I spent the next 30 minutes smashing them up and vigorously mixing them into the water solution - but not very successfully. My sprayer nozzle clogged in the first 10 seconds of spraying because of the undissolved granules in the mixture. I ended up taking the nozzle off and got the first gallon+ spread around. In my second attempt I used BOILING hot water - MUCH better results in getting the granules to dissolve. I only had to clear the sprayer nozzle twice. This zinc based product definitely killed the moss so I would give it four stars if not for the granules which I would have expected to dissolve much easier in water. The instructions are a little unfriendly when they talk about mixing "pounds" of granules into gallons of water. I also thought the product was a little expensive but I will pay to get good results.

I had moss on my roof. I tried wet and forget it worked OK but took several months before you saw any progress. And still a decent amount of moss remained on my roof Lily Miller worked in a couple of weeks. The moss on my roof went from green to brown In about one week and was almost totally gone within the month I mixed the granules with some water and used It as a spray if I just used the granules only they would’ve rolled off the roof or not stayed in the spots that I needed. The water application was much more accurate. One thing is, I wish the packaging on the container was marked in pound measurements. It would have made it so much easier to mix with the water instead, I eyeballed it That is why I left out one star in this review Even though I thought I mixed it well some of the granules did not totally dissolve. I think it may have needed a little more time and agitation than I gave it. Overall, this product is faster and stronger than wet and forget I still have more than half of the container leftover in case the moss starts to come back, but in one application, Lily millers pretty much did the trick
