This is a great B-complex supplement from a good company. I have used supplements from this company always with good results and at a fair price. As B complex supplements go, this is very well-priced. Also, I appreciate the methylated forms the company uses in their B complex line, as the methylated version is best absorbed by the body.The only thing to be aware of is the niacin content. Niacin can cause a flushing and itching in any part of the body. The reaction is a positive one and is harmless. I gave 4 stars b/c of this possible reaction. Some people are surprised by the flushing and some people welcome it. Some even say that the flushing is a sign of good liver function. Also, I noticed a real uptick in energy when taking this. Can't beat that!

Great supplement to receive all the core essentials of vitamin a rounded vitamin B supplement.However, I experienced a TIA stroke April 2023; I felt the energy, mental focus and stamina within a 30-45 days. However, being 66yrs old, taking 2 capsules daily is too for me.Great vitamin B supplement!
