I first purchased this product in 2021. It proved helpful when taking medication during am and pm hours daily. It performed very well for about 2 1/2 years and then the Letters on the individual pill compartments began to fade. I checked other similar products, but decided to purchase a second one in 2025. Also, after my second purchase, I had an issue with the product and i contacted the seller directly. They could not have been more accommodating. I would purchase this item again, if necessary.

This pill organizer is perfect for travelling for me. It fits easily into my carry on and is much easier that taking multiple prescription bottles.

Pros: Compact size fits easily in a purse or pocketbook Convenient to remove just the specific day pack you need when traveling Affordable price point Cons: Flimsy plastic construction feels cheap and prone to tearing over time Individual pill packs are difficult to remove from the plastic sleeve Lacks a solid, sturdy feel overall The individual day packs are stored in a plastic sleeve, which makes it a bit tricky to get the pack you need out. The plastic itself feels very thin and I worry it will tear or break down quickly with regular use. While this pill organizer will get the job done of keeping your vitamins and meds separated by day, it's not the most user-friendly or durable option out there. If you need something that will hold up well over time, I'd recommend spending a bit more on a higher quality pill organizer. But if you just need a basic, inexpensive option for occasional use, this could work. Overall, the Smart Essentials 14 Day Pill Organizer is a compact and affordable choice, but the flimsy construction and awkward packaging makes it a 3-star product in my opinion. It will do the job, but not very easily.

This 14 day pill pack is perfect for me. Going on a 13 day cruise!

One of the pill containers, morning section, the opener was smashed in and broken. Luckily I had an extra to replace it. Be watchful! Thanks

Perfect for what I needed. Easy to open individual daily compartments. Comes in a very nice zipper container.

The case for these pill containers was fine. Everything else was awful. The pill containers were very cheap, didn't close right and then we couldn't get them open. So frustrating. We finally took the pill containers from the case I was replacing and used those. I should have returned it.
