Good support for day to day activities. I've seen other reviews giving 1 star because they failed to buy the correct size. If you have large legs above the knee and the support is rolling down, you obviously need a bigger size. If you measure your leg correctly and use the size guide, you'll have no problems. Easy to use. No instructions needed. Good price. Probably not meant for high intensity sports/exercise but fine for low and moderate intensity.
