After using it for a week, I actually prefer this one, especially the fit. This massager sits closer to the shoulder and neck. I have a small neck, this model fits better and the nodes hit the right spots. It fits snugly against the neck. I also feel this massager is a bit heavier and studier. It is well-made and feels durable. The battery lasts several sessions. I used it for about 10-15 minutes once every day in the week, and only needed to charge it once. It's not loud, but note I have my own office and I usually close the door when using it, so it's not disruptive to my co-workers. Now the most important part: how is the massage? I work sitting at a desk all ay staring at the computer screens, and often have the tech neck syndromes. This massager does an amazing job kneading away the stiffness. Using it during my lunch break helps tremendously going through the day. I also like the heat therapy, it's soothing and I can feel circulation improved which helps me more energized for the afternoon. It's a great neck/shoulder massager.

I really ended up liking this a lot more than I expected. The neck massage you get from this is just different compared to those chair pads or full body massagers. With this one you control the pressure by pulling on the straps so you can really dial it in exactly how you want. You can go pretty deep where it almost hurts but in a good way or keep it lighter if you just want to ease some tension. That alone makes a big difference because it actually feels like it is hitting the right spots instead of just going through the motions. The heat is also spot on, not too much but enough to help loosen things up. I find myself using it multiple times a day because it is so easy to just grab and use without setting anything up.
