Tastes good and mixes easily with water. The quality is good and it works well for everyday use. I’m satisfied with this product.

Best powdered milk I have purchased to supplement cooking & baking.

Tasted better than expected, only gripe is the limited mixing measurements. Nice to know what ratio to mix for just a teaspoon or tablespoon without doing some math based on a 3tbsp powder to 1 cup liquid mix ratio. Bit of an uncommon measurement to do 1 Tbsp to make 1/3rd cup of milk. Grams of powder to ml would have been nice(I've got an estimated 1:10 ratio powder:liquid as 3tbsp came to about 21grams and 1cup water was about 220 grams/ml for me(actual ml per 8 oz is dependent on measuring system so it can be a bit confusing what measurements they would use, imperial or US. if I assume it's US ounces than that 10/1 ratio is off, closer to 11:1 but I found it to be a bit too watery at 10/1 so I wouldn't want to go more diluted). I mostly wanted to use this as coffee creamer and so far it's mixed really well in hot water and would like to know how much powder to make a Tbsp of milk. I'll figure it out but still a bit annoying not to have a list of measurements. Overall I'm satisfied, it will be fine for my needs and will try to figure out how to make some pre-mixed 3in1 instant coffee packs.
