What is the difference between the renewed on Amazon and the refurbished sold on the Bose website? There is a bit of a price difference

First of all, it is $10 cheaper on the Bose site. Secondly, the next question is concerning the warranty. For the refurbished ones on the Bose site, they come with the standard 1 yr. warranty. You also KNOW that since they are coming from Bose, that the job was done right. The only thing mentioned about warranty for the ones on Amazon is the 90 day return policy. There is nothing mentioned about a warranty on the item.

Are the headphones foldable?

They only fold "flat", so that they fit flat into the carrying case. (the earpieces rotate 90 degrees)

I want this mainly to use in aeroplane during flight, does it connect with the plane screen via USB and can comfortably watch movies?

It is completely wireless with no ports. The noise canceling on a plane is great, but you’ll need a Bluetooth connection.

Will these headphones work while actively charging?

No they will not, you have to remove them and trn them off to charge
