I’m really pleasantly surprised by the quality and functionality of this robot vacuum cleaner with mopping function! It maps out rooms quickly and accurately. I love being able to set no-go and no-mop areas, meaning I can just leave the cleaner to do its job without worrying about it going or mopping areas I don’t want it to. The remote control is a handy feature, but we mostly use the app, which is really user friendly. The suction is good and the spinning arm is great at making sure pet hair and crumbs are sucked up. It seems to be solidly made and goes over carpet and hard floor easily!

Great little robot cleaner. At least as good as much more expensive models. Vacuum is great and it tracks up and down the rooms increasing suction over carpeted areas. We have used the mop function once so far and it left the floor clean and didn't leave it too wet. Navigates back home effectively even though the space we have for the base unit is in a rather confined area

So far so good. Cant fault this product, easy to setup and get going. Maps pretty quickly and away it goes. Quiet when vacuuming. Battery lasts well, manages to do all we need.

We’ve got two animals who are shedding constantly at this time of year! We’re both physically disabled and finding it too hard to push a traditional hoover. This Robot Vacuum is fantastic, our floors have never looked so fur free. It copes with all types of flooring in a large bungalow. Self-emptying is such a helpful function and so clean and it is remarkable how it trundles off to recharge. All in all an amazing piece of kit for a great price. Also, I have needed to contact customer service by email and received an immediate response.

Omg this is amazing for hard flooring, honestly, I am so happy and my kids have asked me to stop talking about it. The mop function is decent too. However, it struggled with carpet, I am going to try again with max suction and see if it is better. It's easy to set up and the app is great. The dust removal is good, putting water in and draining it out is easy too. I do put a tiny amount of floor cleaner in the reservoir and hot water it seems okay.

I bought this to replace a first-generation robot vacuum that had finally reached the end of its life, and the improvement in technology over the last decade is really obvious. My old vacuum used to just wander around randomly, changing direction when it bumped into things. By contrast, I was very impressed when I first switched this one on—it carried out a full survey of the flat and then created a cleaning plan, which was sent to the app so I could see exactly what it was doing. Since then, I’ve used it mainly in vacuum mode and it’s been excellent. It cleans very methodically, gets into corners well, and doesn’t seem to miss areas—even in my flat, which is a bit irregular and cluttered in places. Another big improvement is how quiet it is compared to my old one. I can have it running while I’m at home and still hold a conversation or watch TV without really noticing it. I also really like the self-emptying feature. It returns to the docking station and empties into a bag, which doesn’t need changing very often. That makes it much more convenient and far less hands-on than my previous robot vacuum. The app was straightforward to set up, and one of the best features for me is being able to start it remotely. With my old one, I often forgot to turn it on before leaving the house, whereas now I can just activate it when I’m out. The mopping function has also been very effective. I’ve been using a diluted cleaning solution designed for robot vacuums, and because the floors are now being cleaned regularly, they’re looking much better. Even some older, stubborn marks in areas where I prepare food are starting to fade. Overall, for the money, I think this represents excellent value. I’m very pleased with it so far and genuinely can’t think of any negatives. Hopefully, it proves to be as durable as my previous one.

The robot vacuum is amazing — such a huge time-saver! It maps the house automatically, and the app is very easy to set up and use. We had been using a heavy manual vacuum for years, which was inefficient and tiring. With this robot vacuum, it truly frees up our hands. We absolutely love it!

We’ve actually been really impressed with this robot vacuum and it has exceeded our expectations! And it is now fondly known as Victor Von Vacuum 🤣 We have only used the vacuum setting so far and it has been very good at picking up dirt, dust and pet hair. We have a Labrador that sheds heavily and the vacuum has no problem picking this up. It’s very good at differentiating between hard floor and rugs, automatically adjusting the way it cleans to the floor type. It also has no problems getting over higher door thresholds which was one of the concerns that I had when deciding whether to purchase. The initial set up with the app and mapping of the rooms was quick and very straight forward. The mapping is very accurate with the robot only having the odd ‘bump’; when I say bump, it’s so gentle that it won’t damage furniture or the vacuum. The noise is less than a conventional vacuum when it is cleaning. It is noisier when it is emptying itself in the docking station but this is only for about 10 seconds. I really like the amount of cleaning options that are available on the app, that you can select certain rooms to be cleaned and the scheduling as well. There are also options of how often you would like the vacuum to self empty and an option to instruct the vacuum to self empty during the clean. The only feature which it doesn’t have (or not that we have been able to identify anyway) is automatically self emptying if the dust collection box on the vacuum itself becomes too full. If you have big rooms or the dog is going through a coat blowout, it’s probably worth either scheduling to clean one room at a time so it empties more often, or manually start the cleaning. On our first run, it didn’t empty itself properly as it became too full. Overall, very pleased we made the investment and it is already making a huge difference in saving us time keep the floors clean!

Der Roboter arbeitet zuverlässig, navigiert präzise durch die Räume und spart im Alltag viel Zeit. Besonders praktisch sind die einfache Bedienung per App und die individuell einstellbaren Reinigungspläne. Nach etwa sechs Monaten trat leider ein technischer Defekt auf. Solche Probleme können bei technischen Geräten vorkommen, daher war für mich vor allem entscheidend, wie der Hersteller damit umgeht. Die Reklamation verlief absolut unkompliziert und professionell. Der Kundenservice reagierte schnell, die Kommunikation war freundlich und verständlich, und ich erhielt ohne Schwierigkeiten ein Ersatzgerät. Genau so stellt man sich einen guten Kundenservice vor: kundenorientiert, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert. Deshalb kann ich nicht nur den Saugroboter selbst, sondern auch den Hersteller bzw. Verkäufer uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Ein tolles Produkt mit einem Service, auf den man sich verlassen kann.

I purchased this item in February and it’s meant to come with 2 year warranty.The charging station for the hoover just stopped working.Customer service can only be contacted through email and response times are really slow still haven’t heard back if they will fix it or not and it’s been a month.Very disappointed only had it working for four months.Won’t be purchasing Monsga again.

I’ve been using the MONSGA MS1 MAX for a few weeks now and it’s made a big difference in how clean my place feels. The suction is very strong and it easily picks up human hair, crumbs and fine dust. The mopping function also does a good job and leaves the floors looking fresh & shiny. My favorite feature is how smart the mapping system is. The robot scans and remembers the layout of my home, and it actually cleans every corner without missing spots. My previous vacuum didn’t have this feature, so it would often wander around randomly and miss whole areas. It was honestly embarrassing to watch it struggle to find its way back to the dock. The MS1 MAX, on the other hand, moves with purpose, finishes cleaning properly and returns to its base like it knows exactly where it’s going. It’s such a big improvement. The self-emptying base is another thing I really like. I don’t have to empty the bin every time, which saves time and effort. The app is easy to use, and I can schedule cleaning or send it to specific rooms whenever I want. It’s also pretty quiet, which makes it great to run while I’m working or relaxing. I think in this price range, there are very few LIDAR mapping feature loaded vaccums. Pros: Strong suction, great for pet hair and dust Smart mapping that covers every area Self-emptying base is super convenient Easy-to-use app and smooth navigation Long battery life and quiet performance Feels sturdy and well built Overall, I’m really happy with it. It’s reliable, efficient, and actually feels like a “smart” helper. Definitely worth the money.

Avant cet achat, j’étais un peu sceptique sur l’utilité des robots aspirateurs, pour moi c’était hyper cher et puis je les considérais un peu comme des gadgets. Mais voyez-vous, il faut vraiment se méfier des préjugés parce que je me trompais complétement. Côté prix, le Monsga MS1 MAX est très accessible contrairement à beaucoup de modèles concurrents qui ont des performances équivalentes, c’est déjà un des arguments qui a fait que j’ai choisi ce modèle précis. L’autre argument était que j’ai une amie qui en possède déjà un depuis plusieurs mois dont elle en est extrêmement satisfaite. Une fois sorti de son emballage, j’ai clairement ressenti que ce n’est pas un gadget, il est relativement lourd et aucune pièce de sa carrosserie ne se plie ou ne se tort lorsqu’on le manipule … c’est lourd, c’est solide, c’est sain. Cela fait bientôt 2 mois que je l’utilise régulièrement, j’en suis pleinement satisfait. Il me fait gagner énormément de temps et je me fatigue moins en plus. Pendant qu’il travaille en toute autonomie, je peux me consacrer à d’autres taches. Il fait parfaitement bien son travail, je l’utilise 2 à 3 fois par semaine en mode aspiration + nettoyage. J’adore le mode nettoyage en Y, c’est très efficace parce qu’il effectue sensiblement les mêmes mouvements que lorsque l’on passe la serpillère manuellement. Cependant je pense qu’il est important de passer la serpillère manuellement « à l’ancienne » de temps en temps pour vraiment obtenir une bonne propreté des sols. C’est une aide efficace certes mais il ne peut pas tout faire comme un humain le ferait. Je ferais juste un petit reproche, il ne m’indique pas quand son réservoir de liquide nettoyant est vide … à moins que je n’aie pas trouvé comment activer cette fonction. Ce n’est pas très grave, il s’agit simplement de le mettre en pause et de contrôler le niveau dans le réservoir transparent. Il est très silencieux, l’autonomie batterie est largement suffisante pour une maison moyenne sur 2 étages. Ah oui, j’ai été bluffé lors de sa première utilisation par le facilité, la rapidité, la précision à laquelle il a cartographier la maison, c’est un truc de malade le radar LIDAR. L’autre chose sidérante c’est qu’il s’adapte immédiatement au « aléas » de la route. Par exemple quand il décide de retourner à sa station d’accueil en fin de nettoyage, même s’il y a des chaises que vous avez replacez sur son chemin, il se débrouille pour passer ailleurs ou les contourner, il n’est pas bête le gars. Vraiment il m’a changé la vie, moins de corvée de nettoyage, plus de temps pour faire autre chose et surtout moins mal au dos, fini les aie aie ! Donc je lui mets largement les 5 étoiles.
