2019 Microsoft Surface Pro 7 with Intel Core i5-1035G4 (12.3-inch, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD) Platinum (Renewed)

Worked perfectly, windows 11 works well, it is great to have a PC on the go, but does not replace an ipad pro, But does thinks better than an ipad there are programs that will not run on ipad so have a mobile device that does is great.

I purchased the 2019 Microsoft Surface Pro 7 (Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Platinum, Renewed). The device arrived clean and without any scratches, which was a pleasant surprise. It did not come in the original box but was delivered in a plain box with protective covering. The package included a UK plug charger, and overall the laptop was in good condition. I bought this as an Excellent grade renewed product, so I expected the battery health to be above 80%. Unfortunately, after checking, the battery health is at 79%. It’s only a 1% difference, but technically below the stated expectation. After installing Windows and my apps, the device runs smoothly and feels reliable. I am still debating whether to return it due to the battery issue, but aside from that, it is a solid refurbished purchase.

It is very poor the screen constantly flickers and the battery only lasts around an hour

Came with a completely flat battery. Don't know what effect it will have on the life span of it. Other than that a great item.

Says the surface was in excellent condition, it wasn't! it had heavy scratches on the side of the surface and the back was full of marks.

Disappointed as it came in with the cracked screen. With the packed not sealed ( packed in a hurry) No way it was in excellent condition. The device didn't start .

Arrived with a smashed USB port. Had to return it, so not ideal, especially when the refurb was described as Excellent, which is most definitely is not!

Seems to have a fully functioning battery, no marks, and all pixels working. I would recommend to anyone wishing to purchase or upgrade their existing tablet.

Never turned on. Promptly returned.

Purchased an excellent condition pro 7 and came as described. A few very small wear spots on the edge, tiny dirt in the plastic seems but that was it. Screen is excellent with a perfectly placed protective film. Back cover excellent. Came with Windows 10 Pro and was able to upgrade to 11 Pro. I was very scared of what condition the device would arrive in, either from the seller or from the shipping carrier. I am very happy so far. Will update if that changes.
