So I have tried several different dongles to get a good solution going. Before this one I've had two results. Either they don't work at all or after a few weeks they get wonky. I'm probably going to jinx this one but I've been using it 3 and 1/2 months and it works great. The only catch is in my ram. The USB ports do not shut off for an hour after I turn the truck off. No idea why they decided to make this feature that I definitely don't want. So I have to unplug it every time I get out of the truck. But that is not enough on the device at all. Anyway, for the price this thing is a perfect solution and even if it died and I would just pick up another one. Setup is easy and connectivity takes about 5 seconds to connect every time

I have really struggled with this adapter. Out of the box, set up was easy, and fast. Then on the first drive, after about 10 mins the connection started getting very choppy. Unplugging and plugging back in rectifies the issue for about another 10 mins. I've used it for about 2 months and was unable to get past this issue and just stopped using it and went back to my wired connection. For reference, Galaxy S25+ and 2019 Nissan Titan. Note also that my phone works perfectly in my BMW X5 which has a factory integral wireless android auto capability

I AM AMAZED WITH THIS PRODUCT! BEST ONE I HAVE FOUND! I've purchased other brands as gifts for people, and they almost always end up having issues and returning them after experiencing issues with lag, delay, or an unwillingness to connect consistently. However, this is the most seamless and smooth product I have ever had the pleasure to use. The first thing I always do with new electronics is to check and see if the firmware is up to date. Doing so was extremely easy, just requiring a USB charger and then connecting my cell phone to there device and accessing a website IP address. Device was up to date right out of the box, so no issues there. It was also nice to see that I could change the settings for the device on this page, as well as submit a support ticket to the manufacturer if I was having issues with getting my car to connect. Installation of the actual device was way easier than some other brands I have messed with in the past. The device design is fairly compact compared to the "pod and tether" design of other brands, and takes up minimal space. If you were worried about the space or having a "clean" look, you could always use a small USB extension cord to route the device to a less visible area if needed. Once I followed the instructions to get the device tethered to my car, it connected to my phone pretty easily. My biggest concern was how easily does it pair back once I leave the car and then come back later. I've had other brands take upwards of a minute or two to connect, if it connected at all, and often required you to unplug and replug the device to get it to re-establish the connection. Not with this device! I haven't had a single issue, and it connects usually within about 10 seconds or so of being in the car. If you had some issue with the car and needed the device to attempt to connect after X amount of seconds so that it pairs with your car radio correctly, you can easily change the "delay" on the same webpage that you go to in order to check for the firmware updates. We are currently going through a heat wave here, and this device continues to perform like a champ in spite of sitting in a hot car. I've touched the device a few times during longer drives, and there was no noticeable heat level or feeling "hot to the touch" so I believe it will perform just fine. I will find out in a few months when I take several hours long road trips and really put it through its paces. All in all, this device is phenomenal and one that I will be recommending to friends and family that have had hit and miss moments with other brands.

I can give the item a 4 or 4.5 out of 5, but not quite 5/5. It works well most of the time but does drop connection at times (simply unplug it and plug it back in to the USB port in the car and it will re-connect). The other issue is it does take a little longer than 20-30 seconds to connect sometimes (sometimes it will connect in 5-10 seconds). I have a Samsung Galaxy 25, and it is compatible with it. I would buy the product again. It is small and feels similar to wi-fi USB adaptor.

So far so good, used it on multiple different cars so far and no issues for months now.

Does work on Ford Fusion 2017. It works for every 10 tries. Super laggy! And has trouble connecting.

This worked great for about 6 months and then it started to have issues with connecting. At first we were able to unplug it from the car and then plug it back in and it would eventually work again after a couple minutes. That worked for a little bit but now it doesn't connect 99.9% of the time so it's useless for us now. We are using it to connect an S25 Samsung phone so it's not an older model Android phone that may have be causing the issues. Unfortunately I am outside the return window.

UPDATE: The seller reached out and was genuinely concerned with ensuring that I was satisfied with the product which is much appreciated. These things still disconnect but generally are solid after making the initial connection which still does require manually connecting to the device via Bluetooth and/or WiFi from time to time. These seems to happen most often after someone else was last connected, but sometimes it will just happen on it's own and not auto connect even if it was just connected earlier the same day. I bought 2 of these for $100 based on reviews. After over 3 months of daily usage I hate to say it but these aren't worth it. Having to unplug and replug in the adapter frequently becomes necessary, sometimes more than once, causing frustration and unsafe driving habits. Sometimes it's so frustrating that I unplug it and resort back to a wired connection, which of course is flawless (and of course charges my phone). To add to the frustration, when I'm a passenger in my wife's car and she is connected to her wireless adapter, my phone will still auto connect to the Wi-Fi on this stupid thing and then render Internet on my phone non-functional until I manually turn off WiFi. Sometimes I feel like just throwing the thing out the window and permanently going back to the tried and true wired connection. Maybe worth $10, not $50.
