If you've never taken it before, start with just a few drops (2-3 drops in 8 oz. of purified water) maybe twice a day. Gradually over a week increase drops to 8 drops per 8 oz. of water. The reason for starting with fewer drops is that it can give you a headache just from the infusion of oxygen it gives. The bottle says to take 3 times per day. I find that twice a day works well for me, early morning and early afternoon. If you don't use pure water then the Cell Food will do it's work on the water vs. it's work in you, that's why purified water if recommended. I've been using it for about 3 years and won't be without it. Gives me great energy and helps me sleep better. Hope this helps.

I agree with the others who answered. The recommended amount is 8 drops in a cup of water 3 times a day. So, 35 to 45 days is about right. The best buy for this is on Amazon when you purchase 3 bottles. Main thing is just check around on the Amazon site. You need to stay with it through the 3 bottles to get the benefit, I feel. I don't have a condition that needs "repair" but I do also agree that once you start and stay with it, you will want to continue. I read the huge number of reviews on the lumina website (http://www.luminahealth.com). You might find that very helpful.

I do believe this is a great supplement product

I had bought Cellfood Oxygen Boost drops in a local health food store & was given a product booklet, which is quite interesting. Having had experience using Food Grade H202, this seemed to be a safer &, perhaps, better & just as effective alternative to 35% Food Grade H202 drops. I admit I didn't really begin to take it regularly until almost a year later. I've found it to be an excellent supplement but decided to check Amazon for better deals than at the health food store. Upon searching for the Cellfood Oxygen Boost drops, I discovered they make other oral & topical supplements. I got a bundle of 2 Cellfood Oxygen Boost drops, Silica Anti-Aging Formula drops & this topical Cellfood Oxygen Gel. I've been using all three supplement products for about a week and I really do feel and see a difference. I love how this feels on my skin. I am using Cellfood Oxygen Boost now once daily along with the Silica supplement. Since I have a 1/4 to 1/3 bottle of the Cellfood Oxygen Boost & the 2 new bottles, I will hopefully update my review after using the products for a number of months, thus far I'm pleased with all 3 products. Definitely worth it to get a copy of their product booklet. At 72, I'm long proactive on supplements & researching for health. My most excellent PCMD said that we all need to be our own doctor & take responsibility for and be pro-active & informed for our health. Let's face it, the older we get, the more help for our health & longevity all the better.

Ive been using Cellfood for the past 15 years. Im 73 and in great health. Cellfood is a natural body oxygenator. I have solid energy all day with no valleys. I would not be with out it. This two pack is very reasonably priced also
