Extrenely useful for finding things in the dark!
This glow in the dark paint works really well; and glows a noticeable green/yellow colour in darkness. It is however important to note that the paint is still visible in normal light, it isn't transparent in light. The paint itself it a creamy/light green colour, and relatively thick in consistency. This means that although it doesn't flow particularly well, it also doesn't spread unintentionally or run off anything you are trying to paint on. Aside from its novelty value, I think that this product has a number of great uses. For example, I have painted a strip of the paint on my phone case and my TV remote control, to make it easier to find these things when in a dark room I'm thinking of devising some shape based system so that I can use it to match my phone with charging pad or dock depending on the shape... The uses are what you make them really... They could be used for arts It would be great for a kids room who likes space and stars or something like that...I used to have something similar in my bedroom when I was little and I think this would be perfect for anyone who has kids... It glows relatively green which is good but it needs to be in reasonable daylight to charge up as such...I found my tv remote maybe isn't as bright as I would have initially liked because I store it in a black wooden unit when not in use where it doesn't get much daylight... But the strip I painted on the underside of the door handle glow a green so that you can see the glow without it damaging the handle... It makes it easy to spot if you need something in then night! For the price, I think the product is great. I certainly would recommend.

Works well - build up layers
The paint holds its 'glow' for quite some time after the lights have gone out - making it quite effective. I found that the thicker the paint the longer the glow, but it tales quite a bit of time for thick paint to dry so best build up layers. Works most effective if it is appplied to a white or reflective base.

Very very nice glow but the texture is wierd
This is good paint with a very good glow. The texture of the paint is weird, it is hard to cover every spot, which leaves some darker spots (definitely do not use for fine lines), it is a good paint if you use enough to cover the area. It glows for a decent amount of time and I recommend getting a UV to intesify the glow. It even glows a bit from under dark paint (yeah I tried fixing my lines by using dark paint and this paint glowed a bit from under the black paint xD so defo it has amazing glow properties). the paint after drying has a texture similar to dried spirit gum. It can peel off if you're not careful after it dries. If used to cover items or maybe for drawing shapes on the wall it can be really amazing, but I don't recommend using it for canvas painting.

so-so
Yes it glows once exposed to light but not for long. maybe a few minutes. Easy to apply like paint, bright on its on colour but not that long on glow

It works, but looks like dried glue during the day.
I tried some of this elsewhere, as my original order was missing and I was refunded. It does work well, good quality but like other brands during the day looks like dried glue. Easy to apply, texture and thickness of paint, small pot so not large coverage, but it works. Can charge it under black light or LED tourch.

Possibly the most disappointing hobby product I've come across. Not for model anything!
I wanted to use this for painting larger models, but it turned out to be a complete write-off. This is the first product I've given 1 star but I feel it deserves it, considering how much they dress it up in the description. Upon getting the paint I decided to check it under UV light and in the dark. It definitely has some glow, though probably about 70% of what you would expect from glow-paint and doesn't really have much of a cyan/turqouise hue at all (You're better off going for the normal greeny-white if you want a decent glow). No biggie, though, I figured I'd try it out anyway. So I crack open the pot and immediately I notice how jelly-like the consistency looks. It wobbles like a creme caramel and holds its shape as I dip the brush in. Not a good sign. I get it onto the wet pallette and mix in a bit of acrylic thinner and flow improver and begin to work it to an even consistency. I have a blacklight overhead so I can see easily where all the glow paint is on my pallette, but already I can see how large the glow particle size is. They're floating around in the solution, like sand in water, and there's no consistent colour even though it's mixed thoroughly. I can't tell if it's a magnetic charge thing, but the particles seem to want to stay in the reservoir of the brush, instead of being applied to the surface and, in general, the paint has a really greasy feel. This makes painting an absolute ordeal as one has little to no control over the brush and you have to really blob it on to get anywhere. Lots of thin layers almost works, but you'll get more of the acrylic medium on your surface than the glow particles. On drying I found myself left with a thick white crust, even in areas where the particles had not really adhered well. Honestly I had such high hopes for this paint but it fell short at every turn. This might be okay for painting on wallpaper but don't even bother trying anything precise with it.

Professional quality with super results!!
So I bought this paint purely for experimentation with my clay work. I wanted to make my pictures feel almost like they had little fireflies glowing in them at night. I make flowers out of paper clay (hearty). I combined the paint with the clay hoping there might be a little glow but the results were exceptional!!! The glow lasts through most of the night and is bright. In the 'glow' picture you can make out a rose glowing gently, this is bright pink in the day. I used a little of the white clay that I had mixed the glow in the dark paint with, thinking that it would have no glow once I combined the other pigments to make the clay pink, but to my sheer delight, it actually glows through the pink and blue pigments I used to make this cour of clay. A little goes a long long way. It's thick but this is perfect for what I use it for. The glow results were far beyond anything I had hoped for. Buy this, your money will not be wasted!!!

Brilliant product!
If I could give this ten stars I would. I went through so many other tubs of glow in the dark paint, doing layer after layer trying to get the same affect that this one gives after just one coat. The first pic was a previous brand I tried on an ashtray I made, and the last pic is this one. Couldn't be happier with the results, and it only charged for about 30 seconds before the pic!

Sorprendido con lo que ilumina esta pintura, aún no la he usado pero de momento estoy contentísimo con la compra y puedo recomendarla totalmente aunque el bote sea pequeño merece la pena.

Really good product but can be difficult to use
Space beams glow in the dark paint is pretty good to use however it is not easy to use if you are a first time buyer, here are some things to expect when using this glow paint (and some of this applies to other glow paints as well). 1. Glow paint is glow powder pigments that are suspended in a clear medium. The paint consistency is similar to that of liquid glue, and at times you will probably need to thin it out with water or some kind of paint thinner. Keep in mind that the thicker the paint = the brighter the glow. If you plan on keeping the paint as is, expect to use around 3 coats, and expect use 4 coats or more if you are planning to thin the paint out. 2. The glow paint dries on pretty rough, it’s about as rough as a cheap nail file, but slightly less coarse. However, it holds the glow pigment particles pretty well, and I rarely had issues with particles flaking off. If you want to be assured that the glow paint is not going to come off you can use any kind of gloss or clear nail polish to cover the glow paint once you're done painting. For my polymer clay slugs I used clear nail polish. 3. The stuff isn't the easiest in regards to clean up. Sometimes the paint will dry on a desk, and that is probably the easiest part to clean up as a wet paper towel will do the trick. When you're cleaning brushes with soap and water, you may end up getting some of the glow paint on your hands. This will be a little harder to clean off as the glow paint may not be visible unless you use a UV light. Finally, if you are using a cup of water to rinse your brushes before you fully wash them make sure that you pour that water as neatly down the drain as possible, or else you'll end up with a glowing sink. The glow paint is hard to see in daylight so you may have to wait until night to clean it up. 4. Before you paint the glow paint onto a surface, I highly recommend you paint that surface with at least one or two coats of any white acrylic paint. This allows the glow paint to show up better at night, and I theorize that the glow paint will stick better to a surface that already has acrylic paint on it. If you can't get white acrylic paint use a light color as close to white as possible. Be prepared as both of these paints do not dry clear, and will appear off-white. This is especially prevalent in the green glow paint. Here's some advice that I would give to anybody using this glow paint and any other glow paint on the market, as well as things I noticed when using this paint. First off get a UV light. UV lights can charge this glow paint in about 10 seconds or less. It'll save you a lot of time and will actually work out better for outside projects because as the sun sets the glow gets weaker before you can fully see the effect in the dark. You will also be able to look at your progress as you are painting rather than blindly guess where the paint is going. In addition to a UV light, I found that I was able to charge the paint with the heat that a blow dryer produces. This is best used on paper where the paint is able to be heated up fairly quickly and is on a flat surface. The glow seems to dissipate quicker compared to when a UV light or sunlight is used though. In pictures, the green glow paint will sometimes appear sea green and the aqua glow paint will appear more blue than aqua. A little goes a long way. You will not need too much water to thin out this paint. This may sound like common sense, but glow paint works best when it is used in a completely dark area. In regards to both of the glow paints, the green all around is slightly better than the aqua when it comes to the brightness and the longevity of the glow. However, the off-white of the green is more noticeable and green tends to be a more common glow color than aqua. Both of these glow paints can glow for at least an hour and that is low-balling it to the extreme. I suspect that both of these glow paints can glow for at least 3 hours when charged beforehand. They are both bright enough that when charged they can be visible in a semi-dark area. My one complaint is that there are other glow paint companies that offer more paint in the jar for slightly less (1fl oz at $7.99 vs spacebeams with .68 fl oz at $8.99). Some other companies offer more colors of glow paint as well. My guess for the slightly higher price is that when you purchase spacebeams paint you also get access to their stencils at no additional charge, which is great for people who want to use the stencils. I will test this paint against other paints in due time but for now this is a really solid paint that arrived in perfect condition.

Ottimo prodotto

Way above expectations
I bought nebula and the green. Nebula glows decently but oh my goodness that green one glows like it's a light. Even in light we could see it glowing. Dairly certain this could be seen from a plane lol. Note: The picture is 3 layers of paint and the green I did poorly because I was impatient. Note: The blue in the picture is another brand and took so much more uv light to glow, so I ordered the blue of this brand. I wish they had more than 3 colours to choose from. Or different shades.
